Someone at the BBC should lose their fucking job for choosing this pile of shite to show live.  Now that may seem harsh but I was buzzing and well up for a weekend of live football after last night, and this has just sucked the life out of it.

Who thought this would be anything other than tedious?

Whatever your thoughts on vardy there’s no way you can call his rise a non story

Shite match though but not sure BBC can be blamed for that!

Fleetwood almost score a late winner off a wicked deflection. Jakupovic saves it at the post

No but the fact he played for Fleetwood and now plays Leicester shouldn't mean a reason for a televised game.

No but it’s added reason

League one at home to premier league. First time they’ve ever played  a top  flight team. Add the story of Fleetwood and their rise through the non league etc and then add Vardy it was nailed on for tv

Fair play to them grabbing the draw - should net them more than £400k the replay at a guess

Southampton and Watford look the obvious PL sides to slip-up
Swansea?

Can't wait for Sean Dyche to make 8 changes later, despite no chance of Burnley going down, and pundits not to bat an eyelid as he's not a dirty foreign manager "disrespecting the FA Cup".

Don't get the anti-Dyche sentiment on here. Suits Burnley, got them playing above their weight. Style isn't eye pleasing but it works.

Look at the other North West clubs who have disappeared over the last decade who were in the Premier League or Championship play offs, Bolton, Wigan, Blackburn, Blackpool, Tranmere, Preston ect...

Was disappointed to see North West teams drop out of the Premier League in recent years. Give me a North West team in the Premier League than another London one.

I thought they could find it a bit tricky too but I wasn't expecting him to pick such a strong team (relative to the players at the club).

Can't complain if English managers like Eddie Howe don't get 'the respect they deserve', if their only achievement is doing nothing in the Premier League and going out early in the cups. This is their chance to achieve something and they give up at the first hurdle.

Who gives a fuck where they're from. Just because they're from NW doesn't excuse Dyche constant whinging about us or smug comments when they nick a point.

how do you actually improve the appeal of the cup competitions? It used to be so important. Cup final Saturday on Grandstand. Now with the PL so vital weakened teams. Never used to be like that.

Vinagre has been sent off for Wolves, that’s got to leave a bad taste in the mouth.
