Errrr yeah so that happened.

That list is invalidated by Adam Sandler being at number 4. Wahlberg is bad enough at number 1, but at least he did Ted.

Just stumbled across this gem. Not ashamed to admit it made me go misty eyed watching these two again. Disappointingly the video misses off Jake's DDT at the end and I can't fucking find in anywhere.

Thanks, I had to improvise when Scott Hall got taken but otherwise I'm happy  ;D

But seriously! Austin is a great. Jake is the "isn't he dead yet?" guy. Vader was decent but mostly known for calling himself a fat piece of shit on live TV and Demolition were an LOD knockoff that were immediately cast aside when Vince got who he wanted.

Gonna have to pull you up on that.

I thought you were referring to Arn as the smartest man in the business. Nash destroyed his career by sitting at home once WCW crashed and burned instead of becoming a big name again in WWE, after doing more than anyone to destroy that federation. If it had happened in 2001 NWO vs WWE could have been the biggest thing the business had ever seen.

He stayed at home and got paid for nothing rather than going to WWE and bumping 5 nights a week for less.

To paraphrase a Serena Williams t-shirt, show me your titles

The Undertaker

21 undefeated at Wrestlemania, 7 World titles in various guises, 6 tag titles in various combinations, 1 Hardcore Championship, 4 Pro Illustrated match of the year's (including 3 in 4 years), Royal Rumble winner 2007 and got the following reaction from Hotrod on his debut appearance.

<a href="https://youtube.com/v/c_ZW8vExvdw?t=174" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="bbc_link bbc_flash_disabled new_win">https://youtube.com/v/c_ZW8vExvdw?t=174</a>

Died and reborn/resurrected god knows how many times, one the very few in wrestling to reinvent his character successfully and still be popular and can appear from nowhere in the blink of an eye (as long as you turn the lights out first).

The Big Show

6 times World champion (in various guises through WCW and WWE), 11 time tag champion (again through WCW and WWE), ECW champion, 3 times Hardcore champion, 2 time US/Intercontinental champion

HotRod

14 time World Champion/Heavyweight through the regions (Mid-atlantic, NWA, WCW), 13 time tag champion (NWA, WCW, WWF), Intercontinental Champion (WWF), 1 match of the year

Not forgetting being brave enough to body slam Mr T and wear a kilt despite not being Scottish

JBL/Layfield

OK, he's an arse as a person .... but

2 time World/Heavyweight champion (NWA, WWE), 3 time tag champion (WWF), 2 times intercontinental/US champion (WWE), 18 time Hardcore champion (WWE)

Lex Luger/The Narcissist (with a body like that who wouldn't be)

One of the four horsemen, who went on to be

7 times World/Heavyweight champion (NWA, WCW) - holds the records for consecutive days and total days as champion, 3 times tag champion (NWA), Royal Rumble winner 1994

I'm looking up videos of Demolition as I can't remember them, but I'm not sure why as I was watching around that era.  I remember The Nastyboys, Earthquake & Typhoon, The Bushwackers etc - but not these guys.

Saying that most of my memories were from the videos I bought, so I guess I didn't have a video that they were on.  I used to go to Woolworths and love the Wrestlemania & Survivor Series videos.  I remember one video I had, my two favourites at the time, Hulk Hogan and Ultimate Warrior were on the same team.  I thought it was the coolest thing ever.

For me now The Undertaker is the best ever due to his longevity. Brilliant in his prime and he was still boss at the end.

I thought about Natural Disasters as my last 2, but wasn't sure the ring would be strong enough with those 2 and big show  ;D

You wouldn't  need the suplex, just need them to move around the ring.

Actually forget about the Nasty Boyz, loved them at the time.
