A night of Mel Brooks is never a bad way to spend your time. I certainly couldn't do a whole night of Requiem, even once through is hard enough!

Requiem is truly an amazing film

It's a really weird one.  Id put it up there as one of the most powerful and thought provoking films I've ever seen but simply couldn't watch it again knowing whats coming

Chinatown is my Dad's favourite film and I'd want him to want to attend my imaginary film night as he's a much bigger cinephile than I (so I'd better make some smart choices!)

Incidentally, Aronofsky has got a new one out called 'Mother'.  A psychological Horror starring Javier Bardem.

Yeah Ellen Burstyn's amazing in it. All the actors are really, Marlon Wayans too, he should really have done more of these types of films instead of that Scary Movie nonsense. But Ellen Burstyn's performance was the best.

Like everyone else thinks, great film but really wouldn't want to watch it again.

Yup, same, except it was my first. Genuinely one of the greatest films ever. Great call.

Though they all have been so far, I just can't be arsed to say each time. Also, City of God's a top 10 of all time for me.
