Brilliant from Rogic that, just what Celtic needed as they were starting to toil a bit.

Sinclair is the definition of a confidence player and that's why being at Celtic suits him so well. Nice goal

Would take this 2-0 right now. If Astana push on maybe get a another goal.

Still think Celtic could do with another goal or two given what happened last year where they nearly went out with a 3 goal first leg lead.

Marko Marin playing for Olympiacos who are losing 0-1 to Rijeka, another career ruined by Chelsea. He was so promising in Bundesliga then he's signed, played a handful of times and sent on loan to Spain, Italy, Belgium and Turkey. Same story currently for Marco van Ginkel and Lucas Piazon.. get shipped all around Europe while they could be important big players for a decent team and revered by fans.. rather than just being that guy on loan from Chelsea.

this Mertens guy would get loads of goals in a Liverpool team. Really like him from what I have seen so far

Well he is definitely small enough.

Won't be stopped until the FA reign in the loan market. They shouldn't allow club to loan out 30 players at a time.

Cut that to under 10 and suddenly trying to sign every talented young player possible becomes impossible.

Seri having his worst game in the last 2 years. French commentators absolutely panning him, saying he is distracted due to link with Liverpool and Barca.

Brilliant although not sure the ref should of allowed that to continue with a clash of heads.

Reckon the ref in this Celtic game isn't going to get a game for a while after that decision. Head injury is a must stop. Both players in serious trouble with a lot of blood.

To add insult to injury the Astana player gets booked over the clash of heads & misses the return leg.

That Ntcham looks a bargain, Rodgers has spent really well there. Hopefully they can give him 20m or something if they qualify.

Nice have spent what I've watched of this game, constantly giving the ball away.

Oh what a msis that was, open goal, should have been 3-0.

What a result. Bare in mind this is a team that Celtic scraped through against last season in the qualifiers. Some progression.
