I have been storing up the FTWD from the 2nd half season. Is it worth the bother of the binge. The first half underwhelmed me.

First half was bad, second half of season... despite it's flaws, I thought it was a good season that focused on what the show does best

We definitely need someone to get an infection from doing it. It should only be used in dire situations like when Rick and co do it, where risking getting sick is worth it.

Something like that would be welcome

Hadn't realised they did a 2nd web series for this:-

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/PQkzrIlvNFQ?fs=1" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="bbc_link bbc_flash_disabled new_win">http://www.youtube.com/v/PQkzrIlvNFQ?fs=1</a>

(this was the 1st webisode series for it - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0sKLUbAe5E)

FTWD returns with Season 3 on Sunday 4th June in the US - and has a 16 episode season...

hopefully the quality will be on a par with - or excels - the 2nd half of season 2 :)

Eeeerm, I watched the episode, what dead main character are you talking about? They all managed to escape the compound. What did I miss?  :o   I even rewatched the final scene thinking that I missed Alicia getting killed by zombies during the run to the helicopter but nope, she's in it so I'm confused here.

Took me a while to realise this is the FTWD and not the TWD forum (sleep deprivation from the General Election). Thought TWD was back only to realise you were talking about FTWD - so it is still going then? I had to stop watching it after the first few episodes on Season 2.... Is it still shite then yeah?

It's watchable if you're into zombie/postapocalyptic genre but it's not great.

This.
The Walking Dead is one of my favourite TV shows so I'll always have an interest in this, it doesn't really feel like The Walking Dead but it's set in the same universe which is good enough for me 8)
The story is a bit meh though.

Just seen the first two episodes. Surprisingly good and making me look forward to rest of the season, some intresting new characters, didn't drag, nice twists

Yeah first half of season 2 was bookend by some really poor stuff. It has some (major) flaws but I do enjoy the show and can be very good

So i guess we're up for more than a few episodes of the main characters in on a ranch again. ;D

I hope it's not a bore fest like TWD was on a ranch.

Aye, though those last couple of seasons of TWD hasn't proved too difficult to surpass, and thankfully Fear has overcome it's own rocky (and cop out) start.

The 2nd half of Season 3 has no return date of yet - though it should be around October...

This worth watching now? was gonna save it until after walking dead finishes (if it ever does!)

Am a fan of Walking Dead (and will still watch it even if the story goes along pointlessly as I like the show).......but if there's a chance of the two inter-twining then its probably worth watching fear of walking dead

Been a low key promo for this return,I didn't realise it was  back until i saw a trailer for it on saturday.

I'm putting  this second half of the season on binge watch,to many good shows on right now with Ray Donovan,The Deuce,The Sinner and Mr Mercedes.

I won't say I disliked it but I didn't feel anything for it, feel the season has dipped when focused on the youngsters rather then Madison and co.
