No im doing more of the physical side of things, using a physical technique to look at different Heparans and all that

So dealing with a few on the biological side, but not with the fella you mentioned, spending a lot of time reading up on it at the minute as its new to me. Got any decent papers let me know

I'll mail you a pretty good paper (when I get back into work tomorrow), looking at the binding of various defined heparan sulfates (fully sulfated, 2-O desulfated, 6-O desulfated, double desulfated and N-acetylated), and the effect it has on binding to various FGFs (fibroblast growth factors).


By physical side of it do you mean synthesising and characterising the various heparans? Is that using mass spec or some other technique?
