You didn’t finish BB?
Honestly, I never finished the last series.  Maybe I should, but I stopped caring about any of them..

You missed what are widely regarded as the best episodes of the whole series.  The last three or four episodes are just sublime.

You're not really meant to like Walt by the end in my mind.

Part of the greatness of the show is the change from Walt episode 1 season 1 to the end.

True and I was trying to get her to finish it, talking about character arcs and whatnot. Nope.

Yeah, just because you're watching a show doesn't mean you're a fan of the "person" I mean most of the people in The Sopranos aren't great people (the real life actors all seem absolutely sound I will say)

Yep.

In some ways, Breaking Bad is so lauded that it's almost impossible to live up to such a billing. Anyone told to watch it complains that the first series is 'too slow' or whatnot.

However, the ending is so well done. I think it helps that they didn't gild the lily...it ended when it needed to end.

First three series of BB are rough. You can tell they had one direction in mind and went in the other. The last two are phenomenal though.

Saul is what happens when they get to start the entire show with that one direction planned.
Maybe the group, led by your leadership, will see these drafts as PR functions and brilliant use of humor

For obvious reasons filming severely delayed.  I think they were planning (hoping) to get rolling again March for a late 2021, early 2022 broadcast.

Oh man you have just arrived at IMO the best episode of BCS EVER!!

S1 E06

"Five-0"

The whole episode is the backstory of a main character from BB and BCS

Enjoy.

Yeah that was great. He's the most intriguing character from BB for me so seeing a lot of focus on him in BCS is more than welcome.

"We got to meet for two weeks at the beginning," Gould added, noting how the ongoing coronavirus pandemic has affected their creative process. "For the season – it's like trying to dance in quicksand. It's a handicap in my book to be working remotely, but I love what we came up with.

“We have a few more scripts than we usually do," he concluded, before declaring that everyone involved is determined to start shooting in early 2021.

Finished season 1 on Thursday and loved it - Jimmy & Chuck's fallout was particularly well done, as was the bingo scene in the season finale.

-

Looking forward to watching more of this.  I like the way it takes the setting & some of the darkness of Breaking Bad, but obviously amplifies the slapstick elements of the character - it reminds me of some aspects of My Name Is Earl in some ways actually.

Watched s2e9 last night - 'Nailed' - and can't help but think that was a bit of a 50 minute masterpiece.  Best episode of the series yet for me.

I hope Rhea Seehorn won some awards for her work in s2 - she's been absolutely fantastic.  Jonathan Banks too, but I already knew he was that good.

He seems a super fit, active guy. Listening to him on the Smartless podcast a few months ago it sounded like he just didn’t ever stop.

Wishing him all the best.

I saw David Cross tweet about him early this morning that he was trying to get updates and has said nothing since. Hopefully out of privacy.

Bryan Cranston updated fans about his friend Bob Odenkirk's condition after he collapsed on the set of "Better Call Saul" Tuesday.

"Today I woke up to news that has made me anxious all morning," Cranston wrote on Instagram on Wednesday.

"My friend, Bob Odenkirk collapsed last night on the set of Better Call Saul. He is in the hospital in Albuquerque and receiving the medical attention he needs but his condition is not known to the public as yet. Please take a moment in your day today to think about him and send positive thoughts and prayers his way, thank you," the "Breaking Bad" star concluded.
