I agree.

LFC academy kid, been coached by & played for Klopp before. He's now gone & gotten first team experience.

If am not mistaken, he'd count as home-grown too?

Yeah, he probably would.

On the left back spot, interesting to see what happens with Tsimikas this summer. Have a feeling there'll be interest in him and after getting less football this season I'm sure he'll be considering all his options.

Bellingham has rather a lot of strapping on his left leg. Avoid.

Kone, Thuram, Gravenberch.

In the game: €120M Bellingham, or which trio?

if i had to pick an alternative trio:

we need 4-5 top players if we want to turn things around:

Mohammed Kudus
Fernando Luis
Nico Williams
Mohammed Simakan

+ 1 of the following:

Exequiel Palacios
Luka Sucic
Florian Wirtz

I'm convinced people within football knows what's coming
for Man City. HINT: signing a 4 or 5 year contract with them not a
good plan for up and coming players 👍

Jude already playing too many games is a genuine concern, especially as today's game is more physical & faster than when the others on that list played. And Jude has moments in the game when he's all-action mode.

IF we get him, I reckon Klopp & his team will tell Jude that there will be a plan to manage him. He can't expect to play 3-games per week all season, no matter what the player himself wants. If we get CL, keep him away from all cup games. If we end up in Europa, it becomes easier to manage him as I don't think he would play any Europa games until QF/SF stage.

That really is a crazy number of games to have played for someone who is still a teenager. The worry would be that he suffers from burnout before his peak years.

Not sure this is quite right. He’ll presumably peak,in terms of footballing ability, earlier than most players because football performance is mostly downstream of minutes played. He’s also very obviously a physical specimen already (like Rooney was as a teenager) and so his physical peak seems to be earlier. That means he’ll probably peak, both in terms of athletic and footballing performance, earlier and he’ll, perhaps, drop off earlier too. As long as we are alive to the possibility that he’ll have played his best football by the team he’s 27 that’s not a problem. It’s still 8 years of him.

Dortmund don’t help his case by playing him against literally everybody. Since being there he’s played cup games against Duisburg, Braunschweig, Paderborn, Kiel, Wehen Wiesbaden, Ingolstadt, St Pauli, Bochum, Hannover and 1860 Munchen. They’re killing him for no reason.

The mistake I'm desperately hoping the club doesn't make is if they're able to sign Belligham and then assume our midfield issues are over. Bellingham is an excellent player, but his strength is his ball carrying into the final third, breaking into the box, being the most attacking midfielder in a midfield three. Our issues this season have come from a lack of defensive intelligence and intensity in the area behind our press.

Belligham makes us a better team. He does NOT address the issue that has plagued our midfield this season.

Indeed, regardless of Bellingham, our midfield needs multiple additions this summer, ideally none of them being Mount.

Maybe because they know that he's moving on before the end of his contract so they might as well get as much mileage out of him as possible before then.  His level isn't really dropping at all with all these minutes.  It'll be someone else's potential problem down the road.

With a 34 game league and a month winter break, he's still getting it easier than if he was playing in the PL. Didn't he also play a stupid amount of games for Birmingham when he was 16/17?
