Stephenson had a go at him before his peno, certainly seemed like there was more to it and the aftermath would suggest that too.

I don't see him escaping there, he clearly has a wound to show for his involvement as well

If you get a chance to watch it again... Doak missed the very first penalty and it looked like some of the Porto lads were taking the p!ss during the rest of the shootout - obviously the camera only glances back and forth.

Doaks a feisty lad but doesnt look one to throw hands. Probably celebrated in front of the porto lads in relief after missing his pen and them lot couldnt take it. He'll learn from it but no way should that warrant suspension or anything.
