A few years back when he was on twitter he replied to a good chunk of stuff. Said he loved Evans but couldnt stand Houllier and vice versa.
Claimed just before Evans left, that he came on and played a stormer away to Valencia ( and in fairness a few said that at the time), he said he was told by Evans he would start the next game against Coventry (now the only thing here is the Valencia game was in around October and our games against Coventry were in August and February) but that he got injured and was out for months. Said by the time he came back Evans was long gone and Houllier wanted nothing to do with him.
