Man City - always been bitter c*nts, still being bitter c*nts, will always be bitter c*nts.

Small club who hit the oil jackpot, still a small club even though they are rich, will always be a small club.

Wonder what they say about the penalty that Raúl Jiménez should have had.......or are they claiming that he dived?

On that note, according to Blue Moon, it's all Gary Neville's fault for exposing their tactical fouls in midfield with the referee trigger happy on the whistle because of it.

Or, in other words, if we win the League, we can thank Gary Neville.

That will be very reassuring for him... :lmao

(never mind that I was promised that VAR would fix the RS from cheating).

Still waiting for VAR to hamper us - they told us we'd capitulate with the introduction of it. Eight games in and the poor decisions we usually get have been reversed. They must be so confused.  ;D

Popped in to BlueMoon to celebrate with their fans.

Even aside from the quality of the posters (seriously, it's got sensibility and maturity levels of a Fortnite forum for ten year olds), how on earth can you stand looking at that diabolical format? Isn't it stretched so grotesquely that five or ten posts constitutes an entire page of comments?

It is  full of conspiracy shite about how the corrupt FA wants us to win. They really are deluded fuckers.
It's an absolute joy over there. They all sound like 13 year old nerds. Brilliant.

This was my favourite from the few pages I scanned. Glorious hypocrisy (which game was that Bernando Silva dive from least season?):

"If it was, as a City fan I would happy not win the PL if it meant City had to cheat like that to win. As a fan I would be embarrassed if City players did that."

It's brilliant! They're absolutely petrified of Liverpool winning the league. Calling us 'desperate to win it' but the desperation for us not to win it seems to be far greater. I'm not sure quite what they think is going to happen if we win the league but seeing them panic is hilarious!
It's madness, isn't it.  :D
Their sheer terror is absolutely beautiful to watch. It sums this country up though. It's more desperate to see others fail than to see itself succeed. No wonder Europeans think we are all a bunch of stone age idiots.

Of course, we do want to win the league. We want to win everything. There's no point being in it if you don't want to win it. That's the difference between us and the haters. We are focused on ourselves, whilst they are focused on us. Their desperation for us to fail highlights the insecurity and deep fear they have of us.

Their panic is both hysterical and hilarious. So what if we do win it? The sun will still rise in the morning and set at night. Life will carry on regardless. It's only the end of your world if you basically have no life to speak of anyway. In my lifetime Ferguson bagged a load of titles for the red Mancs and even the BS bagged a couple of titles I can still remember. My world never ended. You suck it up and move on. These days I wonder how some people get through the day. They are so wrapped up in their fear of Liverpool FC that they appear to have little time left to enjoy their lives. It's pathological with some of them.

They already hate and fear us.  I don't give a fuck about them,  find them rather pitiful to be honest.
When people spout hate towards you, it always pays to be mindful of the fact that human beings hate what they fear.

The greatest insult is not hate, but indifference.

What I don't get is how the league is fixed against them (you know the new thing that Manchester City and Everton fans are spouting). Apparently the FA need Liverpool and the million of global fans who will allow for more money from TV rights. But then I read that Man City has something like the 2nd biggest commercial income in the Prem. And I'm confused - sponsors only want to advertise with companies/teams that have massive global reach right? So, ergo, City must have massive global reach. And because City have massive global reach, wouldn't the FA want Manchester City to do well? I mean really well? Especially as the reigning repeat champions? They would then be able to get the elusive 3-peat thus bringing more eyeballs to the PL.

But then I read that teams like Manchester City and Everton don't have millions of global fans (confusing with that much commercial income) and the FA don't want them to do well. That's why VAR was introduced (never mind that I was promised that VAR would fix the RS from cheating).  I can't figure out which one it is supposed to be.
I wouldn't waste your energy, mate. You cannot reason with idiots.

Hysterical is the perfect word. The way they're going on you'd think the world will implode if Liverpool win the league. To be fair, they seemed to think the same about our CL win last season, and we've been so insanely unbearable this season that now and again our fans sing 'champions of Europe'. Honestly, it's amazing that the rest of the country has managed to survive such an onslaught!

I used to think Liverpool winning the league would be a monkey off the back for Liverpool but I actually think it's going to be far bigger for the rest of the league. If we do it, they can stop all this over the top whinging and crying and hopefully get on with concentrating on their own clubs.

Hmm, maybe the FA would have seen to it that we'd won just one league title in the past 30 years then?  ::)

We seem to be a national obsession these days. I don't know whether we should be flattered or completely puzzled by it all.

Funny enough, I think the country has got off lightly since Madrid. If anything, I think our reaction to number six has been understated rather than unbearable. Great celebration on the night and the homecoming, as you'd expect, but pretty low key since. If anything, it has the feeling of normal service being resumed rather than something to milk to death.

Ok, I realise to the haters that any mention of our success whatsoever is unbearable, but in the scheme of things our reaction has been pretty easy going. Champions singing about being champions is simply par for the course and everyone who becomes champions of anything will sing that.

On that really annoys the f*ck out of of me is certain ref's (Oliver is a sh*thouse for it) will watch the players body language and try to anticipate the outlet ball then just bumble into the path and block the pass. I'm sure Pep has picked up on this as it's getting harder to do it against us these days."
To be fair I have thought that about Anthony Taylor myself but they reckon that ALL the referees are engaged against City to ensure we win the title :)

Yep, I don't think we've been anywhere near unbearable enough. I sincerely hope that changes in two weeks time in the away end at Old Trafford.

I was listening to a podcast this week that said ManC led the league in the least amount of opposition passes per foul committed.   I can't myself vouch if this is accurate or not but it feels right, no?  Either way my guess is that's the last game Pawson refs against ManC for quite sometime.

Man City - 11 fouls committed (5 yellow cards) against 228 passes.
Wolves - 14 fouls committed (2 yellow cards) against 712 passes.

From the Guardian's Match Thread

Quote
It seems Man City players are finally getting yellows for those ‘tactical fouls’ they absolutely do not commit at all,” says Ian Copestake. “Ever.”

Man City - 11 fouls committed (5 yellow cards) against 228 passes.
Wolves - 14 fouls committed (2 yellow cards) against 712 passes.

From the Guardian's Match Thread

Right, like I said it sounds right.  I would hazard that ManC this year would be even worse defensively if they had a Pawson type ref performance in every game and not as good defensively in previous years.

Liverpool have been as below par as us - they have had the luck and VVD to dig them out of some very deep holes. They're winning some games more by accident than design - diving strikers to get pens, GKs being beaten by pea-roller shots that go through their legs. We have had no luck.

Fuck me, I love the bluemoon forums.

Haha Leicester scored with their only shot on target against us and the narrative is that we are lucky ?

Never ceases to amaze how football can turn grown adults into moronic idiots. Although these City fans really are a special breed of moronic.

Laporte was a big loss for them but dont underestimate how big a loss Sane was. He stretches the play brilliantly and his goalscoring was immense.

Still their main player is De Bruyne and he has shown already this season how he can drag their side forward and how key he is. Hopefully his injury situation continues.
