Quite enjoying some hacking-style games at the moment.

Been playing HackMud, Pony Island, Replica, Welcome to the Game, Duskers and randomly Dungeon Warfare II

I'm on a massive Lord of the Rings binge at the minute. Reading through the books for the 1st time (I'm 31, really should have done this a lot sooner) and currently playing the GOTY version of Shadow of Mordor. The game is fantastic and the Nemesis system makes for some very interesting encounters throughout the game. Once this is done I'll pick up the 2nd game and play through that too

ETS2 on PC and GTA5 on PS3.
I also got Minecraft and Rocketleague gifted to me by my cousin. But hardly touch them.

Only ever play Rocket League really these days, twelve days play time I’ve put in.

Most of my game time is on Fallout 76 with the ocassional drop into H1Z1 if I fancy a change of pace.

Duskers is a really nice game, one of those I keep going back to.

If you like hacking games I've heard good things about Quadrilateral Cowboy, though I haven't played it myself.

Pes 2019. Have just started a league with Dortmund. Won my first league game and scraped into the Champions League group stages past AEK (on PC with patches for correct teams, kits, extra leagues and comps, turf mods, stadium addons and so on). I've been on FIFA for some years now and can't believe just how much better this is. I've also just installed X4 Foundations and will probably fire that up for the first time tonight.

Thea 2 is in Early Access so just helping with feedback on that. Thea 1 was one of my favorite indie games of recent years - a 4x blended with an RPG set in a dark Slavic themed fairy tale. Thea 2 is looking good so far even though it's still clearly not finished.

Other game which has hooked me recently has been Frostpunk. Wonderful game. And all praise to the devs for ploughing their success into free DLC.

LEGO DC Villains. More of the same formula, but I just love it. It relaxes me and seldom makes me frustrated. It’s just something satisfying about smashing those crates and collecting studs.

that’s just unfair, mate! MW2 HCTDM is the most fun I’ve had in a video game. No HUD and the somewhat slower gameplay is so much better than core.

Bought the missus Cuphead for Christmas, only just got around to play it together now.

Fuck me what an absolute masterpiece and classic at the same time. Cost me £12 on the xbox store and it is without a doubt the best 12 quid I've ever spent.

Took us 52 attempts to complete one of the levels and bosses, we were literally jumping around the living room in celebration when we finally managed it.

Never, ever say this about games but its an absolute must buy/play.

Sunk 50+ hours into persona 5 last couple of months. Time and again I kept meaning to sack it off due to repetitive battles and absolute tons of text dialogue but couldn't quite leave it alone. Got The Witcher 3 now so have a good excuse to change.

Crash Bandicoot n’sane Trilogy. I can’t remember the first game being this hard! You have to land your jumps with surgical precision or die or start over way back in the level. It’s almost to the point where it’s not a relaxing experience.

Away from the console I’ve been playing “The Room” series of games on the IPhone.

Just downloaded “The Room 3”

Brilliant series of puzzle games where you have to solve a sequence of puzzles by finding clues,opening boxes and activating mechanisms to ultimately escape the room. Atmospheric, cool locations, lovely graphics and ingenious puzzles Recommended and value for money.

The Spyro Trilogy is a much more forgiving and therefore relaxing experience. Really enjoyed completing it.

XCOM 2..have given up several times throughout the years. Have read a couple of guides and giving this another go. It’s the hardest game I’ve ever played.

I recently revisited it to play the Tactical Legacy update to unlock the fluff for a new campaign. Been quite good fun, got the final set of missions to do before I move on to the campaign. Maps look like someone's dropped a tactical nuke by the time I've gone through them.

Mainly been playing Subnautica, which I got for free ages back now. Never really been into survival style games but I've been enjoying the underwater setting and figuring things out with this one. Bit disappointed they've decided to skip straight into a new standalone based on it rather than go for DLC to add-on to the original.

Did you play Ninja Gaiden back in the day? that was the hardest game Ive played. Anyway still playing COD Blops4 but thinking of getting either Crackdown or Metro Exodus.

Replayed the whole Tomb Raider (rebooted) series recently, very enjoyable, next I'll be getting stuck in to the Return to Arkham remastered collection on XBOX Game Pass, then Just Cause 4 on Game Pass.

Just more of the same from Far Cry 5 really, bit of a doddle once you have the right weapons but still fun.

Never played Ninja Gaiden, only heard of it.

Playing some old school Baldurs Gate on the PC as well. When we’re on the topic of haed games.

There's nothing really new in it but I suppose it's just more of the same which isn't always bad if it was an enjoyable game.

Far Cry 3 was the first one I played, have enjoyed them all since then.

Didn't know that there was some DLC for Far Cry 5, might have a look at that when I've finished this.

Same here, playing modern warfare on the ps4 and modern warfare 2 and 3 co-op with her indoors on ps3.

Just finished Metro Exodus. Deffo game of the year for me so far. Really enjoyed it. Was surprised I didn’t hear more about it in the last couple of months because I really only picked it up on a whim. Really uplifting theme toward the end which gave me a warm fuzzy feeling. Would recommend

Been playing this, definitely deserves more recognition.

Admittedly I wasn't so keen on it at the very start as I'm not a big FPS gamer but it's grown on me a lot. Favourite bit so far was

Dropped a fair few hours in Civ 6 the last weeks tho, love me some civ..
