I think the screen shot of the QR code only works if you do it just before going through the turnstile. One of our group tried using a screen shot of his which was about 15 minutes old and it didn't work.

The brother in law went to united on a season ticket screenshot the other week. The guy was obsessed with him deleting the photo afterwards though suggesting that the same screenshot could be used for all games?

I think it can be with an iPhone, but Android I think it refreshes regularly..

Yes constant refresh untill if puts you in the que, I've found that I get a lower number in the que when using my phone. You need full signal though. Last week for the Leeds game I joined que as soon as it went live but left my phone inside while working came back to it 30mins later. 16k.

That's a shout, hopefully next season this ticket situation gets sorted out with suggestions like you just made, aswell as if you send a ticket to family and friends you loose the credit. They also need to swerve the QR code and I'd you have a phone that can't have the contact thing you que up before the game with ID that would sort the touts out. If they done that it would be a lot easier to get tickets but it would also sell out every game

Loads had problems using the NFC but if they can change it so you have to use a live QR code that might help

I got a ticket for a mate, it was sent to email,  wouldn't download   so I was sent the QR code. Took a screenshot and sent it to him via messenger and it worked.

the NFC doesn't work reliably for a lot of people. add checking iDs to that and most of us will be in by half time.

not like it's difficult or expensive to buy a burner phone and fake IDs if a tout wanted to but ultimately that's just gonna annoy normal matchgoing fans more than hinder touts too much.

 The ticket has been recalled twice and redistributed but still the same message keeps coming up. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I got kicked out the waiting time page and had to refresh the page with about 18mins to go, now 22k in the que must have had issues as the que was paused for a while.

Que also moving very slowly compared to usual, mabie something is being changed behind the scenes - possibly tout related
