Eligibility is based on attendance at Premier League home matches during the 2018-19 season and Memberships must be purchased before midnight on Wednesday November 13.

Fan Update

As recently announced here, Members who attended 13 or more Premier League home games last season can now complete the Fan Update process.

Members will need to confirm or amend their registered details by December 31 in order to gain entrance to the stadium for home games from January 2020.

All other Members and match-goers will be required to complete the process at a later date.

Crystal Palace
Aston Villa
Burnley
Tickets for this sale will be sold strictly on a first come, first served basis subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that tickets will be available to all who apply.

Follow the Live Blog for sale updates during the Members’ sale.

To ensure the best experience for all supporters during the Members’ ticket sale, supporters are asked to follow these guidelines.

Only join the queue if you are eligible to purchase tickets – to check if you are eligible, view your purchase history in ‘My Account’ ahead of the sale.
Do not select more seats than necessary as this will slow down the sales and queuing process.
Do not queue in more than one browser as this will increase your and others’ queuing time.
The local Members’ sale, local general sale and additional Members’ sale will also take place ahead of each match. Members are encouraged to check availability on a regular basis.

As a Member, you can also purchase hospitality and record your match attendance too.

I would say week commencing 18th if it's consistent with last year.

The free for all bulk sale has been the 3rd Thursday in July the last 2 years.

The November free for all was the 4th Friday in November last year so if that follows this year it will be 13+ sale on 20th, 4+ sale on 21st, free for all on 22nd.

I win. Nearly.

It's silly that, all it means is that your adding thousands of members to the free for alls queue who are only after 2 of the games which will negatively affect queue times!

I can only assume they are concerned that everyone between 13-19 home games will eventually end up on 19 so in effect it will become a closed shop. This at least makes that more difficult.

Frustrating as I've been on 17-18 for a couple of years.

Imagine getting to 13 this season, thinking you've made it after months of refreshing every second in the hope of a ticket.... Then the bar is raised to 14 or 15.

Christ. That'd be a proper kick in the bollocks.

Is there a specific time you need to be on the website for the sales? Will it make a difference if you are on the page before 8am? In the guidelines above it says not to open up multiple browsers, does this really slow you down if you attempt multiple log ins using the same IP address?? And finally, did anyone on here actually manage to get a ticket in the previous 'free for all' bulk sale? I haven't attempted one for quite a few years and looking through the threads about the last couple it looks nigh on impossible

What time you log on makes no difference whatsoever.
Multiple browsers wont help you get on the site any faster, they'll just create a longer queue for everyone else.
Yes, plenty have got tickets in the free for all. It's not impossible. All tickets sell out, so someone is buying them.

Agree with both - get most my tickets through later sales or the week leading up to the game - still going to try the lottery that is the bulk sale though

oh. so the fan update does not need to be completed before the sale.. i thought they has originally advertised.. if no fan update they no purchase tickets. so they will let you buy tickets. but if fan update not completed by 31 December you wont be able to gain entry to the stadium..   is that correct?

Yes, that is correct and it is what was said originally.

You have until 31 December to do fan update. You can buy in the bulk sales without having done it, but if you haven't done the fan update by the time the match comes around your ticket won't change to 'printed' and your card won't activate to allow access to stadium.

I hope this is not a wrong thread to ask...
Yesterday, I bought a hospitality ticket for Burnley game on April 25th and it appears it is on my membership.
I am wondering if I get lucky with the queue time in the bulk sale, and I do manage to get a ticket in my basket for that same game, am I going to be allowed to purchase it?
Obviously if I manage to get a standard ticket, I will return the hospitality one, but is it worth trying.
When I check my purchase history, I do not see any record about me havening bought a ticket, where all my other purchased tickets are listed, however, I did receive booking confirmation email and bank transaction has defo gone through

I can see this causing chaos at the Sheffield Utd game on 2nd Jan, just watch there be plenty where it’s not been activated as well as people who haven’t done the fan update. It’s not like the ticket office ever get simple things right!
