What a performance!
So many positives to take from that, you hardly know where to start, but having Sturridge back is the most important one. He really transformes our attack, and his first goal, which only he scores in our squad, turned the game around.
Origi looked excellent too, and not just for the goals. His touch and control is very, very good, and there's nothing wrong with his awareness either. Great run for his second, and superb hold up play and pass before Ibe's goal.
Ibe's cameo was really good as well, and Randall did ok after a tough start. Smith didn't look out of place either, but of course the game was over by that stage. Still nice to have a few options at fullback.
Also liked the formation, and that we made it work so well despite not playing it under Klopp before. Think it really helped Origi, as the pressure on him as a lone striker is much bigger. Can't wait for the next game.
