Does anyone know when each round will take place as I cannot find it elsewhere on the internet. I presume that we enter in R3 so confirmation of that would be nice too.

According to this, mate - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2019%E2%80%9320_EFL_Cup - the 7 teams in Europe will enter the League Cup in the 3rd Round.

Probably worth keeping an on the above wiki, as well as https://www.efl.com/carabao-cup & https://twitter.com/Carabao_Cup for coming news as the dates of the rounds etc.

https://www.efl.com/news/2019/june/201920-carabao-cup-round-one-draw-details has it the 1st Round being played in the week of the 12th August, with the Draw for it being made on 20th June - at the Morrisons, in Colindale

Maybe they should stop the teams in Europe entering altogether.

Doesn’t the winner get a place in Europe? Its an incentive for ‘smaller’ clubs if they are arsed about the Europa, I suppose
