They're not £100m players though and given people worry about athleticism in our side not sure Enzo would help there. I'd say the list of potential midfielders who are with 100m+ is tiny. You've really got be either elite at goalscoring, creating chances or preventing them to justify it. Being a good passer who can get the ball from a to b but not effect either end goalscoring wise to a high level is just not worth it.

Definitely not 100m players. I think Rodri is the only midfielder who could possibly justify that type of fee, Bellingham also if we were to consider him a midfielder.

Maybe I'm just too spiteful, but nobody was championing justice when we lost to the cheats after putting up incredible seasons that this Arsenal team won't get close to. I don't intend to be the better person here. Maybe that makes me petty, but I'm sticking with it.  ;D

Same here.

Also, the thread title says a lot about the plastics from North London (paying people to wave flags ffs)

Afraid to say he is not good enough for us as a no.9

It went wrong when Klopp announced he was off. There is a bond between Liverpool managers and Liverpool fans.

Once he announced that then the bond was broken. It hasn't felt the same since. He's chosen to leave, which is his right, but we as fans don't get to choose to leave.

When all is said and done Managers, owners, players and staff come and go, but the fans remain and he broke the bond.

Can't argue with that.

Still pisses me off the timing of it all.

Up until yesterday, I was defending Dominik by saying it was fatigue. But what I saw last night was a player who is setting himself for a loan next season.

Too late to call it out now.

It’s over.

Just hope people don’t turn on Klopp.

Something went horribly wrong and I don’t know what. There was a feel good factor then that disappeared pretty rapidly.

We know only to well the toll it takes on a team and the manager chasing 115 every season.
Arsenal are only just finding out how hard it is.
It takes so much out of a team just to continue having to win 95+ points season after season to compete with cheats.
Saudi will be appearing in the rear view mirror as well.

Caicedo would have been great here, so would have been Enzo. I think midfield is really the least of Chelsea’s problems, they’ve dominated big teams possession wise a couple times this season, their problem lies in the two boxes, they don’t have a reliable striker and their defence and keeper is shakey.
