It's like you're doing really well with this lass you really like, slow and steady, getting to know her, letting her get to know you, saying all the right things, not being a knob, everything going really well...and then at the last minute some flash twat with a billion dollar face and doped up pecs cuts in and leaves with the girl.

Looking at this you cant really say we bottled it. We were fairly consistent all season the unfortunate thing is City when on an insane run of form at the end of the season that is not normal. It sucks and I hope they falter in the last two games and we dont but man what a season.

Also the Top 4 race is comical when visualized.

However, I still actually have hope that Brendan can cause an upset. I really do. Imagine if Jamie Vardy was the hero? Do they want to stick one to Mahrez? Brendan is Klopp's landlord. Counter attacking football away from home? Could they...?

We've only dropped points to par in three fixtures this season so far.  Home and away to man city and home to Leicester City.

That's an incredible season.

Interesting how that contrasts to City dropping points on 5 occasions.

True. One result to par against them in one of the two games, and we go above them in both APLT & points table.

A shame we didn't match our results against them last season. Hopefully next season we play them at home a little later
Football without fans is nothing.

We've won 18 titles, 5 European Cups, 7 FA Cups, but today must be the greatest victory of all.

We are. It was our last chance to gain. City now need to play below par in a game I believe.

Regardless of who wins the title, us and City have just been miles ahead of everyone else. If we had not been at the level we've been at this season, City would have had it so much easier.

Interesting that in the end, the 71 point line proved to be a good indicator again.  It looked for a while that it wouldn't be near enough.

I think the major cracks are the lack of squad depth & that's they've been running on fumes as a result
