I’ve only ever had to collect a dupe once and it was some years ago at Arsenal away. I wasn’t the lead booker but I got them to contact our ticket office to tell them that I would be contacting them to arrange a dupe.

Contacted the club and the woman I spoke to was very helpful, got it all arranged for me to collect it in my name. Doesn’t seem this is going to be the case anymore. Hope everyone manages to get sorted. Ridiculous that this is even the case and it’s their own fault for leaving it so late to announce the selling details!

Whose to say that this wasn't planned to catch out the people passing on their tickets.

Anyone know of any seats going on a coach for tomorrow? Just been offered a last minute ticket, but everywhere seems sold out and the train is extortionate

FFS - Friday post arrived and no ticket
Club have just sent me an email saying - blame Covid - all tickets were sent last week...ignoring the other one i ordered on the 5th that was sent on the 11th and i need to email them about organizing a duplicate...grrrr
Or i can ring them at 1.30 tomorrow. - yeah right that'll work

Could well be, but doesn’t seem fair that they’re making our supporters collect tickets on the first away of the season especially with Norwich being fucking miles away

Official coach wasnt sold out. But think you need to buy at the same time as your ticket.

Does that also explain why tickets that were purchased last Thursday were only posted out 6 days later?

Defo won’t let me go on it if I’m not the person who bought the match ticket tho

Not quite correct. Once you’ve purchased your own ticket, the selling page remains open to you. And you can purchase tickets for F&F in later sales.

We have become aware of a delay regarding delivery of our Norwich City away tickets.

We can confirm that all tickets were sent starting from the end of last week using first class delivery and you should have received them by now. We have however been informed that some areas of the Royal Mail network may have been impacted by COVID and that some tickets are currently sat in local sorting offices.

If you have not received your ticket we would strongly recommend that you visit your sorting office to check if the tickets are there for you.

If you do not have them in time for your visit to Norwich, please email the club via ticketing.services@liverpoolfc.com as soon as possible so we can organise a duplicate ticket for you to collect at Norwich City FC ticket office. Please note any emails sent to this inbox, that are not related to Norwich away will not be responded to.

Alternatively, you can contact our SLO line on 0151 230 5770 from 1.30pm on Saturday 14th August 2021 to request a duplicate ticket.

Just had a 2nd email...

Dear Supporter,

Further to our earlier email, to ensure that any duplicate requests are handled as efficiently as possible, two LFC staff will be based within the Ticket Office at Carrow Road from 3.30pm tomorrow.

An additional SLO contact number will also be available from 1.30pm, in the event you need to contact us – 0151 318 1040.

If you require a duplicate ticket(s), please email your request to ticketing.services@liverpoolfc.com so we can ensure that your ticket will be ready for collection.

Supporters who request duplicate tickets will be required to present ID upon collection.

Hope everyone gets in OK b4 kick off

Someone did yes, they said X could no longer make it due to an emergency can a dupe be left in their name and they were fine with it

Reality is ticket never arrived in the post in time to post on again

Have to say the duplicate pick up my end was easy as
The two ladies the club sent down to deal with it and sit in the Norwich ticket office were ace
They had a massive amount of envelopes though - good Few hundred I’d say
