How the fuck was that offside on welbeck? Yesterday the ref let the play go on so many times for offside and brought it back, today they’re blowing straight away for one that was never offside?

Yeah, that was a weird one. It was frustrating yesterday when it happened but Referee's Assistants are supposed to keep their flag down right? Why wasn't it kept down when Welbeck went through?
