Good team. Not sure how we're going to line up, but I'd like to see Johnson further forward. If it's 4 at the back it could be either Enrique or Johnson at left back.

Liverpool FC ‏@LFC
LFC team to face Wigan: Reina, Wisdom, Johnson, Agger, Skrtel, Allen, Gerrard, Enrique, Suso, Sterling, Suarez.

LFC subs: Jones, Sahin, Cole, Henderson, Coates, Carragher, Shelvey.

                Reina
   Wisdom  Skrtel  Agger
Johnson                     Enrique
            Allen   Gerrard
                  Suso
           Suarez  Sterling

Interesting to see that Downing didn't even make the bench.
Don't mind that line-up at all. Packing out the midfield is a good idea, when you want to control possession.
The courts, the rich, the powerful or those in authority never lie. It has been dealt with 'by the courts' nothing to see here run along.

What's the formation if Enrique is in midfield? 4-4-2?

Looks like we're matching Wigan's 3-4-3 system, should be a very interesting game.

hes not.

sterling playing as a second striker should be interesting and i wonder how long we'll be playing 3 CBs with wing backs? not that i mind it. it gives us the defensive stability that we missed earlier in the season
I would honestly let Wijnaldum jizz in my face right now

BB said last night he thought it would be a 442 with Enrique on the left and Suso on the right.

I reckon:

                      Reina
Wisdom   Agger   Skrtel    GJ
                      Allen
               Gerrard   Suso
Sterling                        Enrique
                    Suarez

Welcome back Pepe, hope the rest has done you good and you're ready to get back to your best! Obviously we don't know what kind of Wigan team will turn up, but we have to do our jobs properly, which means converting the chances that come our way.

Our 21s play Chelsea tomorrow don't they? If so I think this is the CFC U21s who are undefeated 9/9
I think that was their u18's. Our u21's on the other hand are unbeaten all season including pre-season.

BB? Think it has to be 532 here... 442 with those out wide looks horrendous to me. Has to be 532. Not one forward on the bench. 1-0 please redmen.. that'll do me.

I never single out players for criticism - but there's no need tonight, because we were uniformly awful.

More nervous for this than the Chelsea game, we really, really need the 3 points and the win to move forward.

and we are even 15goals better than the teams in our group, which are all under negative goals difference. Yet Ngoo can't get into our 1st team. Y.N.W.A
