2017/18 League Cup

Fixtures List




• First round: All the clubs from League Two and League One will enter alongside 22 of the 24 Championship teams, with Hull City and Middlesbrough receiving byes to the second round. Round one of the League Cup will take place immediately after the season openers, with midweek slots on week commencing Monday, August 7.

• Second Round: All Premier League clubs not involved in European competition enter. Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur all received byes to the third round due to their participation in the Champions League and Europa League

• Final: Sunday, February 25, 2018


The first round draw got off to a messy start in Bangkok when the live stream crashed after half an hour, and Charlton were drawn twice.

If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

I think so - though going on the competition so far I don't think the EFL or Caribou people know themselves to be honest...

Plus, in the world of the Caribou Cup Wolves are in the Southern section where Villa are in the Northern section - despite Wolves being a fair few miles north of the soft Brummie Southerners. Wait till Jon Snow hears about this...
