This should be recognised by doctors as a genuine sickness. It's a fucking horrible thing to have.
I'm off work yesterday today tomorrow and Saturday with it. Even though I don't have it. Just can't be arsed going to work and am going to the races tomorrow and the match on Saturday.

So turns out my bout of flu was a strain of Swine Flu and on the verge of the pneumonia. All better but have to get the flu vaccine for next winter.

Feeling hot and cold, got a sore throat coming on, runny nose and temperature I reckon has gone a little bit higher than it should be although I haven't measured it yet. Got work tomorrow at 9 in the morning and for the next 6 days after that. I could call in sick but I need the money.

Apart from medicine which I'm stocked up on, any home-made cures or remedies that will get rid of this flu/fever asap or just relieve the symptoms please feel free to tell me

Actually just remembered there are none of those night/day nurse tablets in the household so that will be purchased tomorrow.
