There will be tears before bedtime in the village of the damned tonight.

Sunderland 0-2 Derby County sounds about right.

Come on Derby, give these dipshits a good going over.    ;D

I'm guessing there will be no more than 25,000 at the game tonight.  Every Sunderland fan I hear talking is fed up and sick of their miserable life and got no interest in going to the match at all.    :P

Can see them having a similar season to Villa last season.

I think Forest could be a bit of a dark horse for promotion. They've lost Assombalonga to Middlesbrough but I like their squad overall. They've kept Worrall (captained England to success in Toulon this summer) and Brereton, they've signed a couple of decent players from Scotland and have signed a proven goalscorer at this level in Daryl Murphy. They've got new owners as well who have cut ticket prices and there seems to be a buzz around the place again. I can see them having a good season for the first time in years.

Can see Sunderland having a worse season, Villa did recover a bit & finished mid table last season  ;D Sunderland will be doing well to finish 21st, Sunderland are a mess worse than Villa where this time last year.

Derby are an infuriating team, Arsenal of The Championship, few times in resent seasons they've had great opportunities to go up then bottled it, couple of seasons ago they were clear at the top at the end of March only to finish 7th.

1-0 to Forest. I don't watch much Championship football but I wouldn't be surprised if Zach Clough won player of the year, some talent in those boots of his.
I´ll say something that might surprise you. Real life is different to computer games.

It's a bit hard to read isn't it. You would expect Fulham, Sheffield Wednesday,  Reading to be in the promotion scrap. Middlesbrough have spent big, brought in Monk. Villa, Norwich should do better than last season?

It's possibly a lot more competitive and harder to read than most elite top divisions.

I really do not want the Smog Monsters to come back up, ever.

What a horrible place, a right smelly shithole.

Former Middlesbrough FC player Szilard Nemeth, once said: "Middlesbrough is very bad. It is not a nice town and there are a lot of factories."

It has one of the highest crime rates in the UK, coming in the top 10 for car theft and burglary and about 27 per cent of adults in Middlesbrough binge drink - way over England's 18 per cent average . . . . then again that cesspit might not seem too bad if you are mortal 24/7.

I get hating your rivals for footballing reasons, but you've just described a very poor town with huge societal issues and you're using that as a stick to beat them with. Pretty shit attitude you've got, its the kind of thing you'd expect a Tory to say.
