Hosbulduk =)

It was an amazing game, I sometimes watch the videos of this game when I feel too bored.. And I believe that Liverpool is going to be in the top of all Europe again so soon. I hope one day I can come to Anfield and sing YNWA with all of you.

Don't know to be honest but hearing it's Gerrard and Adam for us in the middle.

Bullshit. We wouldn't start without Lucas against the Mancs.

They'll always be noise when we play them and nothing will change that

are you playing scholes tomorrow/today?

Not just the mancs. We've NOT had a problem being up for them, Arsenal(at least we keep on "drawing"them), Chelsea and other European heavyweights. it's as everyone keeps reminfind us- of something that we forgot: You don't have to compete directly with your rivals- all you've got to do is beat the teams below you.
It doesn't take as much as people make out to win the league. We don;t have to compete with United- we have to compete against the smaller teams and make sure that we draw with United/Spurs/Chelsea/Arsenal/Manchester City- at least. We used to have that, United have it now. United's record against the "big-4" have been woeful. Where they do the business is against Wigan etc..(except Stoke and Portsmouth of course)

I would've been more worried about the likes of Spurs, Everton, Sunderland, Stoke etc..
Not really the like sof United. We've always been able to beat the big teams- not because we raise our game, but because we can beat most teams on our day- we are just not consistent.

Another thing- they like to poit out that we "raise our game against them", but I can't see beating a team 1-4, 3-1,2-0 etc.. as rasing your game.
If that is raising our game, I dread to think what we can do if we just gave anough to win. maybe win 2-1 or 2-0 in "normal mode"?

I can't see us losing to Old Trafford's finest, but I get nervou about clubs lke Sunderland, Wigan, QPR, Fullham, eveton and their ilk. Not the Uinited game- t's almost a guarantee that we will hav the upper hand.

Scurse my mistakes, dude. I'm pissed beyond recoginitooiom. I can barely keep one of my eys on the screen. The other is affected by beer....

Been touring since the season started and only seen about 3 or 4 games out of the whole campaign, I feel disconnected from the team. Now though settled in Toronto, TV and cable ready, what better way to reconnect to the Redmen then to watch them twat the Mancs? I'm at at 7.30 to watch it don't know how on earth I'll sleep I cannot wait. Was at this fixture and watched Suarez put on a masterclass from the 5th row of Annie Road. I'll be shouting as loud in the morning as I was that day.

Reina, Kelly Agger Carra Jose, Stevie Lucas Adam, Kuyt/Bellamy Downing Suarez. Should do the job, though I prefer Bellamy on Kuyt. Their fullbacks leave lots of space behind them and their defense is shaky as fuck, we should play on the counter for these lots, Norwich and Stoke were unlucky not to beat them and score from a lot of sitters against them and I expect against better finishers like us that they will concede lots of goals. My only fear is of our defense, Nani and Young in particular worry me.

I don't think i've seen anyone say we could start with a front three of Bellamy, Carroll, Suarez with Gerrard, Adam and Lucas in midfield. Bellamy and Suarez' movement would mess with Utd's defence, with Gerrard and Adam pinging early crosses into the box for Carroll to attack. Also getting more width from Enrique and Johnson or Kelly, i can't see why Kenny can't start with a 4-3-3. It would give us enough cover centrally.

Attacking wise would be sorted too, as we saw Suarez link up with Craig well vs Brighton. Carroll I think needs to stay in the team to try and bag another goal just to get his tally going and to shut his detracters up.

Although Kuyt is a work horse, Craig works his balls off too, but he is faster and more skillful which will help vs the mancs. Both of them have always seemed to do well against utd anyway.

We can always bring on Downing and Kuyt later to wear down the oppostion too.

Or we could start with Downing, Carroll, Suarez, and then Gerrard just behind Andy, bringing on both Kuyt and Craig who will also then run there fullbacks ragged nearer the end of the game.

Either way Gerrard, Suarez, Lucas and Carroll all should start, and then Kenny can alternate as much as he wants with the rest. Maybe bringing on Maxi even. He's been pretty damn good on the left the past year - even when we were playing shite Maxi seemed to get a few goals for us.
