Power is control but it doesnt mean its negative. It depends how its utilised . Therefore like everything else it is neutral.

Summer holidays but that's more to do with cost and travel distance. If you want winter sun, and by that I mean proper sun not the Canaries or summit warm, then you have to travel a long fucking way!
