After a few years, got the urge to play a few Poker tourneys again.

What sites are you guys using these days?

Tried logging into my Poker Stars account yesterday, but due to a self-exclusion I put on my PaddyPower account 8 years ago, I have now been excluded from Poker Stars, Betfair, and Sky Bet. Looks like they are all now merged under one company and the exclusion carries over across all sites.

This is a nightmare as I use the Betfair exchange and SportsBook LOTS.

Anyway, Is Full Tilt still going?   I have access to Bet365 Poker so could try them.

GG probably the biggest site these days but software is pretty bad and their KYC checks for UK customers are a bit of a pain.

Unibet quite good but low stakes stuff but again, the software is shite.

Even if you're banned from PaddyPower, you should be able to play on one of the ipoker skins (William Hill and Grosvenor the 2 biggest that come to mind).
How did you get on Joe?

Not played in Dublin for years. Qualified through Paddy Power and played an Irish Open at The CityWest hotel about 10 years ago. Made it through to day 2 but didn't cash.

My mate worked and dealt at the Fitzwilliam card club in Dublin for a while so I went over and played their festival a few years back.    He's back in Liverpool now driving a Hackney Cab so I don't get over there any more :(

Guessing that was the scouse lad with the ponytail (think he was called Keith)?

Fucking hell mate.  This post is a blast from the past

Yeah! Keith.  He's still in Liverpool.  Great lad.  Still gets to the Reds games with us now and then.

None of that ponytail business anymore though but still likes a smoke of the arl weed and stuff :)   He's worked all the Poker Rooms in Liverpool since.  Think he's at one in Stockport now.
