1) Bring God back as a striking coach/training assistant. He said hes looking for a managing job and might teach a thing or two to our strikers about finishing as well as show as working as an idol for our young players. Hell we would be really daring and have him striking coach/player still if he still has something to offer. Maybe worth trying to get Barnes in a training role as well for similar reasons.

I've heard this a lot from other fans with regards to Fowler and other players, but I don't get it.

For me, there is zero correlation between a player's footballing ability and his ability to teach/coach others. Fowler was a fantastic finisher, but its instinct he was born with rather than taught.

We want to be one of Europe's top clubs and coaching staff should be proven at the highest level. If Fowler was to come back into the club in any capacity it should only be with the youngsters.

Anything more that 6m for Joe Allen and we have been ripped off.

Loads of Joe allens out there.

I would like to see him stay at Swansea myself and see if he can have another decent season. He is a championship player - players like a championship player.

1, Practice corners, we get loads of them yet all to often they lead to nothing.

2, Practice free kicks and other set pieces

3, Cobble the best bits of Carragher, Kuyt and Aurellio together to create a Frankinstein footballer that will be able to take beautiful free kicks, score goals, work its arse off, not be a liability in defence and scare the crap out of the opposition.

4, Sell the left over bits to Arry at an inflated price, the man did afterall once buy Djimi Traore.

5, Stop loosing to shit teams.

Or (to weave together all the stereotypes together) will it result in a defender who has no pace, no technique, can't trap a ball for love nor for money. cannot stop screaming at other defenders, and is always injured?  :)

My 5 steps are:
Beat Wigan, beat QPR, beat Bolton, beat Norwich, beat Blackburn.
That should do.

1. Buy good players this summer

2. Buy players with the right mentality

3. Play people in their best positions

4. Make subs at the right time during matches

5. Ditch the 4-4-2

A real partner for Luis.

A real right winger.

A left winger.

Begin the search for a Stevie replacement

Seriously look at KD next season.

5. Ditch the 4-4-2

Is Kenny too ol' school to ditch the 442? What doesnt help is with the loss of lucas gerrard is forced to play in CM - Should try Henderson there an push SG to the right

1. Support the eleven lads on the pitch.

2. Support the manager.

3. Support the eleven lads on the pitch.

4. Support the manager.

5. Support the eleven lads on the pitch.

Everything else is above my paygrade.

Believe you've won the thread.
The one most important thing that we all must remember, in case it slipped our mind, is this club is much more important and bigger than anybody. I'll never forget that and anybody that does is being a wee bit irresponsible and stupid I think because the club is more important than any one individual. The Club is, The Club.

Aren't all of the other forums doing the same things.......what 5 things should we change to bring more success? If only it were that simple.

The best way to get success is to bring in more money........that way you can sack the manager and get rid of the players and buy new ones until you find out what works. Or you could try going down the route of sticking with a manager for a long time, developing youngsters and lots of hard work.

I think he will ditch the 4-4-2 when he eventually realise the players we have don't suit it. We miss Lucas massively.
