If you don't want to watch the game sitting on your hands you can get in rather early (~2 hours before the game), usually at this point there are no stewards at the 3rd tier checking the section on your ticket so you can get in the Liverpool end (easier at 346-347).
Tickets are scanned at the only gate outside the stadium, after that stewards manually check the section on the ticket but often they are not present at the entrance to the block.

Best to keep them sweet as they are sound lads and we have an agreement for tickets if our teams meet again. I like doing mad things too and being in the Bayern end is nutty as fuck.

Its a new experience for me mate. Ive got life time friendships all over the place from people Ive met travelling but not footy ones . Going to visit one in Leipzig next week who I picked the grapes with in France for a few years.  . Those German lads are boss and never got a round in for the whole time I was with them. He even texted me taking the piss out of Ramos on Tuesday. Great stuff. Him and his mate have even said if ever I want to go over and watch a Bayern game I can . Love it.
