Is that a given ?  I was hoping we would be away when we were without VVD.

Would prefer Dortmund of those left in for a number of reasons incl. atmosphere, the trip and to remind Pulisic what Anfield is like on a European night ;)

thats complete tosh the odds are exactly the same on drawing any of them the only time the odds change are after one team has drawn out and all that does is then put there split onto the other teams

It’s not because teams can’t draw teams from their own country.

yes but the teams we can draw we have an equal chance of drawing any of the teams we can get

Can’t really be arsed arguing about maths but it’s more nuanced than that.

Porto can be drawn against 7 teams so a 14.2% chance of them drawing each team. But we can only be drawn against 6 teams meaning a 16.66% chance of us drawing each team.

The chances we draw Porto are somewhere in between.

Boring but: it's combinatorial maths.
Using "rook polynomials", did them at uni and hated them. We would have to calculate permutations of chess pieces with certain spaces on the board not available (like the country protection gaps). Hence the name of them.
I left uni 20 years ago and have never touched them again!

Ajax would have been boss, although 100s of divvies would jump on and go over there too. Going back to Munich would be a laugh, straight back to hoffbrauhaus. Not really interested in going back to Porto or Dortmund. Barca is always fun, but be an incredibly tough game and looks like their stewards are c*nts on top of the usual Spanish police bullshit judging by videos from Spurs/Chelsea the last time they went.

No chance i'm risking going to Turin tho, fuck that

so juve would be the only one that would sell out on this seasons allocations but there would obviously be loads of spares flying around for that one!

Seen LFC play at most of them - Dortmund, Real, Porto.
Seen non-LFC games or stadium tours at Barca, and Bayern.

Only Juventus I've never seen. You'd hope if it's arranged like Rome there's no issues surely.

Home first leg? Never knew that. A lot on the first leg then as we've been dreadful away in Europe.

Some massive allocations there.

Yep, that was the worst one I ever did too, worse than Rome in early 2000's in my opinion, outside the ground that night was like a war zone!

Based on Rome and Naples being well organised and safe (if not perfect, and very lengthy), do we see any reason why in today's era Juventus would not be the same?
LFC seem to go to great effort these days to ensure our safety - should we not feel more confident this time around that it will be well planned?

Let's hope it's Dortmund instead. (There's an interesting street near the station as well that's worth a visit).  ;)

All trips will be reasonably priced flights and accom wise as well, maybe Porto the most pain the arse out of all them?
