Liverpool FC will receive 2,062 tickets for the Europa League semi-final first leg away at Villarreal on Thursday April 28.

Following the latest news story released here, after careful consideration the club has decided not to proceed with a ticket collection process for this fixture.

Moving forward, the club will continue to assess being able to use this process at future European away games should conditions allow.

Full selling details for this fixture will be released shortly.

Fans with Bordeaux, United and Dortmund should qualify. Bordeaux was 2005 tickets so as long as you have that and others you should qualify.

if they go from this season first, then yes. If they do over this and last year, I think 4 or 5 will get you a ticket.

wrong if they use past ones as loads fucked off Bordeaux and would be pretty pissed the fact I went to Bordeaux not getting a ticket for this one.

Now worried that we have 5 home end tickets to shift. Not sure how trusting holiday makers and ex-pats in Benidorm will be of a print out, and most travelling reds will now probably be sorted.

Yes I agree. They have always done current year first. Unless its a massive allocation and loads qualify, or a tiny allocation and have to go further back to whittle it down.

Hopefully. 2 euro aways in a month with a potential final on the horizon might price a few out though.

Fair points. But still more than 2000 going by a long way. A few days in Benidorm/Alicante/Valencia/Barcelona. Also it's a semi final. People are on it like flies round shit, even if it's just for a few days on the piss in the sun/beach

fuckin grim that.

Thomas Crook dont other at all now ?

If I had some time and some money I would sort out some kind of LFC travel agency. 2k customers every week so if you can get the costs spot on there is a chance to make some money AND keep the lads happy as well.

So with 2062 I would probably qualify (got Basel, Madrid, Bordeaux, Utd, Dortmund) but now my only chance of getting there has been snatched away. :no
