This is what makes me laugh. There are weirdos out there saying Liverpool need to be stopped from winning the league in order to ''save football''. 

So, just because of their own petty prejudice they would rather see a corrupt, cheating, financially doping franchise win out over a proper club and fantastic footballing side, and that is somehow ''saving football''.

Anyone genuinely wanting to ''save football'' would be rooting for Liverpool to blow these plastic, cheating fraudsters out of the water.

I think I am leaning towards this too, but not quite for the same reasons. More in the hope it knocks the stuffing out of City, as I don’t see them dropping another point in the League on current form.

I get that thought but there is absolutely no guarantee they would take anything off City if they lost.They will be tired regardless, they could fall off a cliff.
