Real Madrid [2] - 2 Elche; Militão equaliser on 90+2' - https://streamff.com/v/c1fc89

Bollocks.

2 - 2; full-time. Still a top result for Elche, though being 2-0 up...

Get in Athletic. Massive chance of ending that long long trophy drought.

Really interesting final 4 in themselves, Betis, Vallecano and Valencia.

Traore will be decent for Barcelona always felt people were way too harsh on him here, there’s always room for a physical beast who is top 2-3 dribblers in the world, playing him in a team where he’s allowed to simplify his game will do him wonders.

First time I've watched any La Liga in ages this afternoon. Got to say, La Liga TV really do film it beautifully, some proper good cinematic imagery that almost looked like the quality you get in a sporting documentary. Even managed to make Atletico look good, although they were absolute shite in terms of their actual play.

Goal and an assist for Suarez on his return. Four interesting scorers for Barca too, interesting to see where them new signings take them in terms of fighting for a Champions League place and in the Europa League.

I just think it highlights the gulf in class between the two leagues at the moment. Traore is just going to bully most La Liga teams it seems if he can do that to Atletico where he can't even do that to almost any PL teams these days. I certainly don't think Xavi is going to change anything about Traore's game as they're so far apart as players that I'm sure to Xavi it's like he's from another planet.

Cough, cough, cough.

Kit & Stadium - 3-years.

Barcelona, Spotify agree sponsorship deal worth  €280m - report

BARCELONA, Feb 7 (Reuters) - FC Barcelona are set to announce a shirt and stadium sponsorship agreement with Spotify, Catalan radio station Rac1 reported on Monday.

According to the Rac1 report, the LaLiga side have agreed a three-year deal with the streaming music platform worth €280m  ($320m).

The deal will see Barca's men's and women's team bearing the Spotify logo on their shirts while the company will be the first brand to sponsor the club's Camp Nou stadium, with an official announcement expected on Tuesday, added the report.

Japanese retailer Rakuten has sponsored the men's team since 2017 while toolmaker Stanley Black & Decker became the women's team official shirt sponsor in 2018.

Barcelona and Spotify could not immediately be reached for comment.

Looks like their cajoling and begging for the players to take pay cuts now with deferred payments later has paid off for them. Still don't think they've learnt a fucking thing from the situation. As good and noble the idea of the Socios system is in one way, it naturally leads to crazy decisions being made as presidential candidates promise not just the world but the whole solar system to ensure they get their snouts in the trough.
