Whilst last years FA Cup exit was incredibly frustrating, this photo really gets funnier every time you look at it. Compare what Gerrard won in his career to what Aston Villa won, think about how Villa got outclassed in every single regard in the final itself and then, finally, think about the fans in the photo following Villa to Championship games for years to come.

I honestly think this time next year they could be fighting another relegation battle unless there are drastic changes at Villa this summer.

The championship is a 46 game slog where you need players prepared to scrap for every point. That's something Villa don't have.

When I first saw that pic I thought it was a spoof photoshop with the head of that guy from Redmen TV being stuck onto the guy on the right nearest the window.

Villa like others have said have been courting with relegation for a few years now. They didn't find solutions and based on how shit they've been this season deserve to go down.
They will find the Championship a very hard league to get out of unless they develop some fight and guts.
