1st sale 8 days before the match, they've only known about the fixture since June so at least they've given themselves plenty of time to sort it  ::)

Could well be people still travelling back from Paris that morning too.

I know the ticket office don't like announcing details for aways before they've got the tickets in hand. With this you'd hope they'll be offering the option of Special Delivery at no cost or collection at the ground before the Derby.

Not sure they could do this while accepting that a lot of tickets aren’t in people’s names - unless they allowed nominations. I’d be happy if so given we use someone else’s season tickets for aways and they’re on 18 credits.

No but they’ve known since June roughly what it will be and they’ve known for definite since 10th November, 13 days ago.

I suspect there’s going to be something contentious about this announcement giving they’re not adding it till the ticket office is nearly closed.

Liverpool FC has released the following away ticket details for the Premier League match at Bournemouth on Saturday December 8.

The game at Vitality Stadium will kick off at 12.30pm GMT.

We have received a total allocation of 1,338 stand tickets for this all-ticket fixture.

Supporters not in possession of a ticket are urged not to travel.

The club was offered 27 wheelchair bays by Bournemouth. However, following consultation with various supporter representatives, the club has agreed to take a reduced allocation of 13 wheelchair bays. This, along with further reducing the number of tickets allocated for contractual obligations, allows the club to accommodate more supporters who require a wheelchair bay compared to last season while also satisfying all supporters who attended 19 Premier League away games in 2017-18.

Taking more than 13 wheelchair bays would result in some supporters with 19 Premier League away games from last season missing out on obtaining a ticket.

We will continue to work to increase availability for all supporters and would like to thank Bournemouth for their cooperation.

Ticket prices

Adults – £30
 Over 65s – £17
 Juniors (Under 21s) – £17
 *Full-time students – £17

*with valid proof of concession status to be produced on the turnstiles, including a photo and valid expiry date

Within the allocation are a minimal number of tickets that are restricted/severely restricted in view. These tickets are discounted by £3/£4.50 for adults and £1.50/£2.50 for concessions.

Please note that unaccompanied juniors aged 13 and under are not allowed in the stadium.

Hospitality members

Sir Kenny Dalglish box holders, premium level and centenary club members should contact the hospitality department on 0151 264 2222, option two.

Disabled supporters

Within the allocation, the club has received 13 pairs of wheelchair and personal assistant tickets. Ambulant and personal assistant tickets are also available, concessions apply.

Ticket sales

The below sale will take place online only.

Tickets will be available to season ticket holders, official Members and fan card holders based on attendance at Premier League away fixtures during 2017-18 on the following day.

Attendance at 19 games: from 10am on Friday November 30

Supporters are guaranteed a ticket during this sale and can purchase one ticket per person, up to a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction.

Should there be any tickets remaining following the initial sales, the club will make a further announcement. Supporters are advised to check here for sale updates.

Can we conclude that 1,338 people got 19 away credits and of them no more than 20-30 members with the extremely limited amount of tickets available to members with 18 last season?

No. The 13 pairs of wheelchair tickets are included in the allocation (leaving 1312 tickets left) but the disabled selling criteria is always done separately.

The way I read it is that they have calculated the allocation so that after the players/corporates/sponsors have taken their contractual obligations there will be exactly the right number for everyone who qualifies in the usual first sale to get one, with none being left over if they all purchase one.

Well done to the Club for ensuring all fans on 19 can get a ticket regardless of their season-ticket/membership status, same as last season.

As a member on 19 with little choice but to pre-book trains or face paying crazy late prices, I am mighty relieved!

If no one else on 19 is buying and there are still a few tickets to sell, why wouldn't it drop?

My guess is that those few remaining tickets will go back into the 'contractual obligations pot', which they reduced to ensure there was enough for all on 19.

Got one in my basket on the 18 sale but it said it couldn't process as the same ticket had been allocated to someone else at the same time. The ticket stayed in the basket but it just wouldn't let me process. I released from the basket in the hope it could snap it up again but no luck.
