One of my Napoli tickets arrived about 10 days or so ago, so I've just phoned up LFC customer services chasing the other.
Per my account I can see that the ticket was printed on 12 November and the payment has been taken on the same day.
I was told they can't track which tickets have been dispatched and will I have to turn up on the day with photo ID (I only have a passport as photo ID) and a utility bill for them to print a duplicate.
Must admit the girl I spoke to didn't fill me with confidence , anyone know if this info is correct surely they should be able to track which tickets have been sent ?
