My payment failed and now when I go to pay for my seat that’s in my basket it won’t accept my new credit card? Anyone else get this?

Do you have a saved card in your account with the same card number as your new card but an old expiry date? I found this caused it to fail in the past, even though I entered new details.

If so, delete the old card out and see if it works

Yes, for me too. Just go into your account and see if Napoli match in history.

Season Ticket Holder in 2011.  A 16 year wait for a top seat in CE6.

One of my Napoli tickets arrived about 10 days or so ago, so I've just phoned up LFC customer services chasing the other.

Per my account I can see that the ticket was printed on 12 November and the payment has been taken on the same day.

I was told they can't track which tickets have been dispatched and will I have to turn up on the day with photo ID (I only have a passport as photo ID) and a utility bill for them to print a duplicate.

Must admit the girl I spoke to didn't fill me with confidence , anyone know if this info is correct surely they should be able to track which tickets have been sent ?

How? The ticket that you've had. Was presumably just posted through your door? Unless it's tracked how can they track it. I mean, it may well still turn up

It's not that difficult to add in a new field to a system which simply says dispatched and maybe a date - if I had this info I might be able to contact the Post Office and get them to conduct a search?

Anyway as you say is may turn up, but since its been 10 days since the other ticket arrived I'm a little concerned.

I haven't mate but it seemed logical next step.

Hoping the ticket will turn up as I don't really want the hassle of pitching up to the TO with my passport in hand, and them wanting details I may not have ?

I wouldn't panic too much if it doesn't arrive.

Just arrive at the stadium in plenty of time and there should be no problems printing a duplicate. They should only ask for ID and the postcode the membership number is registered to.

They might try to charge you £10 for the duplicate though

This happened to me for Belgrade game, two tickets meant to come to my address, one came other didn’t even though ticket office said both were sent. Had to go to the ticket office to get a duplicate for the one that never arrived.

All you can do is contact LFC, they will make a note and cancel it as if someone has robbed it in the post they could get in with it.  Then turn up on the night and get your duplicate which they will have waiting for you.

spot on. our sts in the upper kenny are just too expensive for three cup competitions as well.

I had 1 go missing for the Arsenal game and thought someone had robbed it and then Saturday (1st December) it got delivered sometimes in does genuinely get lost in the Postal system - Club are excellent at sorting duplicates for league games just communicate with them

I do this for all tickets now with an interest free credit card and then pay off when convenient. Especially helps when I have mates who I buy for who can't get me the money immediately.
