Rodri really isn't up to the speed of the league yet. He's not as good as Fernandinho is when it comes to protecting and moving the ball when under pressure. I've seen him get caught out numerous times against lesser sides and lesser players, so if he's being rushed back from injury and starts as number six, I think we'll get some joy from him.
I wonder how much of a benefit these injury mind games have to the Man City players? If these are mind games, are they intended as a boost for the City players or to unsettle our players? If the Man City players are feeling nervous about facing us, but then get some good injury news and they're stronger than previously thought, do they suddenly fancy their chances more? Adds another dimension other than simply trying to mess our game plans up, which is a bit silly as we wouldn't take notice of their claims.
