Xabi is such a natural footballer, and had the composure to follow up the rebound in the champs lge final. A lot of other players would just have stood there with head in hands.

and he hit what was probably the best placed penalty of the lot, if it wasnt for the fact that Dida was huge and dived to that corner at full stretch it would have been the best penalty of the final.

Riise's penalty in Istanbul was really good but Dida did brilliantly with that one. He was unlucky not score with that penalty. I think we all were expecting Johnny to go with power...

Cissé definitely.

After that, probably Alonso. His bottle clearly went in Istanbul but I suppose that would have got to most players. Plus it wasn't too bad really, just a good save by Dida.

Yeh, great placement but it lacked power.

I don't trust Riise at all from the penalty spot. Sure he has a powerful shot, but he doesn't look confident enough from the spot.

This is one of the silliest posts on here, theres just no room for argument once youve seen him take a few pens. Of course Cisse, how could it be anyone else. Precision, class, confidence. No argument, no doubt. Djibril all the way.

We seem to be buying a new striker whether it be Kuyt or someone else, Baros doesn't seem to be going anywhere after all and Nando will start his fair share. I reckon his place is far from guaranteed (as much as I'd like it to be).

Cisse without a doubt. As a penalty taker i don't think we have anyone else with the confidence and the ability that he has, not even Xabi when it comes to penalties. Mori is another option as well but Cisse if he is on the field.

I also expect to see Cisse as pretty much first choice 11 next season either as out and out striker or playing on the right. (hopefully more as Striker)

He has the class, quality in finishing, pace and after the way he worked to come back from that horrific break we now know he has the bottle and heart to do well. Rafa definately seems to rate him highly enough to try and buy him at Valencia and play him when he was just coming back from a very nasty injury.

Let's face it. He has certainly shown he has the right 'Mentality'.

Only thing i worry about, is if his 'Lordship' starts putting on weight with all that home cooked food he will be getting now.
