Never saw this picture. After Lui Xiang crashed out of the hurdles, he hobbled all the way down to the finishing line and stopped to kiss the last hurdle :( Really is a sad story.

That's pretty inspirational from Zanardi. He's shown almost nothing is impossible with determination and belief. I take my hat off to him and all the other athletes competing at the Paralympics.

That Wetherill dive is absolutely outrageous.

There was a comment on that C4 Highlights show that made me laugh - they said it was like one of those videos of a benefits fraud the Daily Mail get so worked up about! :D

Inspire you to do what, get a good programme. Juiced to the fuckin gills. ;D
Exercise is to the body what reading is to the mind.

"If I hadn't doped, I would never have won". "Doping improves your performance between 5 and 7 per cent, and maybe 10 to 12 per cent when you are in a peak shape.

Fair enough, alot of people don't like the juice head/bodybuilder look but for me these three have probably the best physiques on the planet - it is abit grim knowing you have to plough 1000s of pounds into steroids to achieve such a look though and potentially shorten your life. That is debatable, these guys will have people telling them the gear is safe and point to the likes of Sylvester Stallone and Arnie as ample proof that you can use them for decades and still live to a good age healthily.

On the flip side of that a 21 year old bodybuilder died today, Dallas McCarver.. you'd presume that would have something to do with his sheer size, probably his heart couldn't handle it.. (speculation). EDIT: choked on food.  This is him: http://bodybuildingpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/Dallas-McCarver-amp-Redcon1-%E2%80%93-Muscular-Development-Synopsis.jpg

To me these guys are inspiring, they dedicate their lives to looking like that.

Sergi Constance:

Jeremy Bundia:

Sadik Hadzovic

Shout out to the reincarnation of Arnie too.. Callum van Moger, the guy doesn't even follow a training plan or diet, he just eats what he wants and throws weights around, absolute joke of a specimen.

That first guy looks alright - but those next two pictures looks like a badly photoshopped image where a different head has been stuck on the body!
