Nothing makes me more proud than hearing people are inspired by what I'm doing. I get the piss taken out of me regularly because my social media is full of nothing but posts/pictures about running. Every time one person tells me they're motivated by me it makes it all worth it.

Contracted soleus with some micro tears. Had some dry needling and massage done but need to see how I react to that next week before we talk about when I can run again.
