Played there a few times, wouldn't say as much as in midfield though. Also did a job down the right too, probably his best position.

Curled it. His last goal, sold a couple of weeks later.

That he did.

Marsh was very much under rated. He was a Souness player that struggled with the comparison at the time with the other young players Souness brought through. His versatility actually hindered his progress and eventually he left as part of the Dicks deal.

It was interesting that Souness later bought him for Galatassary.
