Bellend ;D

Mikey with Neymar AND Varane  :shocked Nice picks dude!

Also, after making your pick don't forget to PM the guy who's picking next, it helps keep things ticking along. I've been sending PMs myself but I won't always be around.

Max sent me a few names in the morning but I'm not sure which one is his preferred choice. I've sent him a message, if he doesn't re-appear within the hour then I'll pick one of the players he mentioned.

Well done Betty. This will confuse Kesey even more now. He'll be posting his picks in here

''Hello, Hello? Is this where i post? i don't know what's happening but i'll have Saul''

Sorry mate, Sauls gone...

''How can Saul be gone when the gameworld doesn't exist?? How are yous picking these players??''

Oh for..., just pick someone else mate

''Okay, i can't see Mbappes name. i'll have Mbappe''

Sorry mate. Mbappe is off limits till the end of season draft, it's an age thing

''I don't even know what you've just said to me. Messi hasn't been picked. I'll have Messi''

Sorry mate. Messi is banned from the game, along with Ronaldo before you ask for him

''Confused. No Mbappe and no Messi? Okay i'll have Saul then....''

Who cares when you've got Neymar and Varane!

Come to think of it, if we're going with 8 team leagues then the season will be over before the transfer bans for our initial picks expire, right? So we won't be able to sell players to fund Mbappe etc. That.... changes things!

Did the G in Gerrard leave his pick with anyone? He messaged me yesterday asking if he could leave a list with me and I completely forgot to reply amidst all the other messages that were flying about  :-X I've got Fonzo's pick but I feel like we should give G in Gerrard a bit longer as he did make an effort to leave his picks with me.

I'm really sorry lads but any chance we can speed things up a bit? I'm not sure I can commit the time if this is going to take days.

Wanted to give The G in Gerrard an extra half hour as I'm partly at fault for his not picking here. Will post Fonzo's pick in a bit.

Not a problem, I just mean in general going forward after today. I do understand if you lads would rather a slow pace though, 21 players is going to take some time though at this rate.

The SG one took 7 days to complete and that was after switching to 30 minute deadlines, so I wouldn't expect this to be a quick draft! The drafting is my favourite bit anyway, so it would be a shame to rush through it.

That was for just 15 players too.

Yep, I'd predict about 7-10 days drafting. Things will generally slow up over weekends and anytime matches are on too. Just the way it is.

We picked 21 players each in the SG and there were more of us drafting, so this one should be faster. The first few rounds are always painful, then it picks up pace as people get into the swing of things.

Think we were originally planning on picking 18 players each in the SG draft but we increased it to 21 as noone wanted to stop drafting ;D

Here's the selection thread, makes for interesting reading!

I'll be squeezing me picks in before the game. That way it's back to klippity by end of match and if he doesn't show up again, the ball is still rolling onto KL. Might get some more picks before the night is done

It’s a bit of a risk with Neymar and Varane that I’ll keave myself bankrupt but having joined part way through other seasons I haven’t had the chance to sign younger superstars. I’ll take them whilst I can!

Typically 10-10. But if it's someones shot outside that time limit, they can still post

Sorry lads, been out for a few hours. Just catching up with everything, I'll update the list of selections in a bit.

I've got The G in Gerrard's pick but I don't want to post it until we've sorted out what's happening with Betty. Has anyone spoken to him? Hope he's not actually going to drop out. We've had a few 'lively' debates about the rules and whatnot but no hard feelings from my end at least.

Yeah, I think it all got blown up for nothing. Probably the frustration from last nights game came into it a bit. Liverpool supporters are a stressed out bunch at the moment.

I sent Betty a PM, but not sure if he's going to reply. No idea if anyone else has reached out either. He's offline here at least. If there's not going to be any reply or confirmation that he's done we have to move on at some stage though. There's quite a few rounds to go yet on this.

And I'm alright with KK's executive decision on the draft too. The point I was making yesterday was slightly different but it's not worth going over that stuff again. Happy with what has been decided and ready to move on.

115mil so far. 5 decent picks. Figure I can get two really good picks for roughly 20 mil each. Then another 12-15 players round the 8-10mil mark
