It's just not suprising. It's a nice thing to have over your club, but that's it.

The money is nice, then so is the 80 million from Standered Chartered.

It's title's on the pitch we should be chasing, the one's off the pitch are merely a nice little bonus.

Well don't be shocked is Coke Cola is on the shirts next.

We're so American.

Sorry misunderstood! From the combined SC and Warrior deals, thats 45M a year! Massive amount of money
Interestingly, France deal with Nike is worth 36M a year. Our new deal just falls short of Barcelona deal with Nike, which is worth 26.3M

We used to get around 24m a year from the Carlsberg/Adidas deals.  So we almost doubled that.  Wow, good job Ayre!

Wow, where did that come from?! Heard the adidas contract was due to expire soon but I would have expected us to negotiate a new deal with them.  Will look strange having an "unheard of" brand do our kits but you can't complain at that money.

Sounds like a US company with deep pockets (New Balance) wants to get exposure in Europe and Asia. Ian Ayre is making a big difference to this club's balance sheet.

Basically if you add up both the Warrior and Standard Charted deals, we get 180 Million over four seasons.

From a purely cosmetic perspective, I rightly/wrongly see a company like this trying to make a statement and making an overcomplicated kit with too much going on on it. Hope not, but I can see why they would want to try.
It looks to me as if we have signed another 'average' player. I'll hold back my complete opinion until I see the lad play

25million eh? ;D

The thing I like about the look of the uniforms on there is that they don't all prescribe to the same basic template.

Apparently this Adidas deal is 12 million per season (http://forums.liverpoolfc.tv/archive/index.php/t-164272.html)

13 million more per season can't hurt, especially since the club has been under performing. Huge testament to how big the clubs global appeal is.

On that note, saw this tweet:

mfowen91 Michael Owen
Warrior deal worth around £13m more than current Adidas deal. Spurs CL TV revenue was around £17m. Sustainable without CL in short-term.
Games I've been to: 2011/2012 - Wolves (h), Man Utd (h), QPR (h), Villa (a), Wigan (a), Newcastle (h), Man City (a)
2012/2013 - Spurs (Friendly), Norwich (h)
2013/2014 - Newcastle (h)
2014/2015 - Olympiakos (friendly), Man City (friendly)

But, I love Adidas. I love the stripes, what is this. That's a lot of money though, will have to look up this Warrior brand. Still if this is true, I hope Adidas come up with a 26 million a year deal.

I don't know. Seems risky. This outfit have never done a soccer/football uniform before, for ANYONE. Quite a bit first assignment to be doing the kits for LFC, if you ask me.

If they get it right, it could put them on the map. If they eff it up it can be really bad for them.

I know for a fact that we LFC supporters will not be the easiest to please.

It'll look gorgeous if Ste lifts a trophy in it, let's be fair.

Don't care if the new kit amounts to a tarpaulin nappy, as long as our lads are lifting a trophy over their heads in it at the end of the season.
