Very true actually, especially as I think he will be motivated to break the international record during this championships. Has come off a good season with Juve, 69 shots on target out of 118 shots, 29 goals.

With these player bets it just fingers crossed no injuries. But then all bets are risky for that reason

KO games are often cagey but 2/1 on 3+ goals seems high, as does 6/4 on BTTS and 4/1 on 4+ match goals. I guess the bookies are expecting a tight 1-0 or 0-0.

bet on what happens each minute. when the belgium portugal game got a bit tetchey i bet on a free kick between a certain minute. for an individual minute a free kick is 23/10. chucked 20 on it between minute 74-75. came in after just 6 seconds.

good if you can do it, the market usually runs for the rest of the game but after that they never offered the odds again

Just reminded me of Portugal v Iran(?) in the World Cup. I fired £4 on a penalty to be awarded between 89-90 at 100/1. 89th minute - Ball lumped into the box, Portugal player handles it. Ref takes forever on VAR before awarding it in 92nd minute

if you do those minute bets in the second half you are goosed if there is a goal or substitute (more likely to occur in second half)

goal more so as it could take up to a minute to restart

incidentally in the denmark russia game i had a bet on a free to be awarded in a certain minute. Russians were given a penalty and it paid me anyway

I needed four corners in the second half. 0 between 45-70, 3 between 70-74 and then 0 between 74-94. There was around 4 or 5 in the first half of ET alone!  You just literally can’t buy a win at this tournament, so unpredictable. At least it’s only free bets I’m losing on!

It's pretty tough alright. Although value can be found. Got Benzema top France scorer at 4/1 the other day. That has offset some losses.
During tonight's game I got him 33/1 for player of the tournament. Was able to cashout for twice the stake after full time as the odds were cut to 11s.
Have Havertz best young player at 9/2. Currently 10/3. Will cash that out if Germany lose tomorrow.

Over 5 own goals, over 5 red cards, and over 20 penalties taken at 28/1 - Not a tournament renowned for penalties, but with VAR we could see a lot more ones and red cards. Own goals could let it down though.
