Welcome to the 2018/19 Premier League Predictions.

The new season is only a couple of weeks away so time to confirm your participation for the RPLP.

Each division will be as follows, pending confirmation of each player -

If there are any drop outs from the Premier League or Championship, the person who drops out will be replaced by the first person in the league below according to the above.
eg, if I dropped out of the Premier League, I will be replaced by nayia2002 from the Championship. Nayia's Championship place will then be taken by Youngest Son of Skittle. If another drops out, they will then be replaced by Rhino and Oldie, and so on.

New players are very welcome, but as always, please don't join if you're not willing to keep it up until the end of the season. Please use this thread to confirm you are in for next season and see you all in August

I think I sent it by PM already Barney, but if there is some feedback from others it would be appreciated. I used it for the World Cup at work and it worked really well. Fully customisable and automatic results & leaderboard which may remove some of the workload.

I had a look at it last night mate. It would work if everyone on here registered and input their predictions by the deadline every week.
1 thing I didn't notice, and there may be an option, is allowing posts after the deadline. As it is, obviously we do allow posts after the deadline but with a penalty.

Ah that's true. From what I can see there are only two options, either a lockdown at the start of the round, or a lockdown at the start of each match. So in that sense, people can still post past the week's deadline up till the start of the game but you're right there's no penalty. It just gives 0 points for those games without a prediction.

Another difference is that the fixtures are all imported there already so someone might predict 5 straight rounds to avoid leaving anything empty.
