I’ve got 2 in my basket but when I’m filling in the form it says unable to process as I’m not filling in the outbound & return dates??
Done this dozens of times & never had a problem before.
Any ideas?

Same here, three times I filled it in before I realised I might be putting the dates in in the wrong format.🙄 mental note to use drop down calendar in future.

LFC should change to message to read Incorrect Date Format instead of saying you haven’t filled the date in. At least give us a clue.😂 When you are rushing to fill forms in for multiple people against the clock you don’t think of the simple things.

I think thats it, people are trying to hoard tickets to force a 3+ sale but the TO are clearing out the baskets regularly

Bit naughty the way the ticket can be in another's name in order for the card who can purchase to keep the credit and build on when they have no intention of going. Would love to see data into how many cards regularly do this

I was doing it on Chrome through my phone & didn’t get the drop down either, although thinking about it I think I have had the drop down on other sales.
I’d tried all formats dd//mm/yyyy & dd/mm/yy and on the form I only had the option to  ‘apply’ rather than ‘submit’. Very odd.
Anyway, all sorted now albeit in 2 transactions.

Every time there’s something different. Keeps us on our toes I guess!

Nothing to do with me if it was I wouldn't be coming on here . Just flaws in the system. I just don't get why someone it moaning over £8 postage when you can pick up at the ground for free. There are good lads paying £200+ for an Ajax ticket

No I just accidentally selected 5 via the seat selection, my point being it let me basket them all initially before I realised my error and deleted 1 of them. But whilst the system lets you do it, no doubt the selfish c*nts will still be basketing multiple tickets in the same basket.

I didn't even know that you could select the date via a calender anyway. For every euro away sale, I've always typed it in manually so 25/10/2022 for example, its never not worked.

I think the club are monitoring the baskets a bit more now though which should help. It seems it might only be a few people doing this now though given the availability of seats available. Seems different to the previous sales anyway which is good
