you can't recall he has to send it back to you and then you can forward it again but after that it will be stuck with whoever you forward it too

Ahh right I see, thanks for that, will let him know.

Question, if anyone knows…

The mate I normally go to games with can’t make it tomorrow at last minute. I’ve managed to get his membership card onto my phone so my nephew, who doesn’t have his own phone yet, can attend instead.

We were assuming he’d have to delete his NFC pass off his phone for it to work on mine - but currently it’s showing on both phones? Is that normal?

I’m on iPhone, the mate who can’t go has Android.

Yeah can work like that, can also re-download onto another android but not iPhone , iPhone will block it being on 2 phones and might even block it if you remove the pass from yours as its temperamental how it works

If it was distributed it's immediate and the person has to download the ticket from the link they'll have got in an email.

If forwarded then if you get the person to log in on their mobile and check the purchase history they'll probably see a printer with a cross through it indicate the ticket hasn't been processed on the club systems yet. Once the printer with a cross through it disappears it can appear on the pass.

My daughter forwarded to my lad, it looks ok on the site but both NFC passes are showing the same ticket after several refreshes. Do I worry?

I am trying to pass on tickets for tomorrow's game but the distribution option isn't there, just the forward option. Never used this before and when selected it comes up with a basket and 'The maximum number of tickets etc....'

As usual, cant get through to anyone at club and struggling now to get the tickets over to my mates NFC wallet. They are travelling up from South Wales and I obviously dont want my mate and his lad having any issues getting in.

Any suggestions?

Does the person you are forwarding to have an NFC pass (if they aren't a member?) They need to buy the 'General admissions pass' from the website (free) before you can forward to them.

Have you tried refreshing your NFC? For iPhone click on the three dots and toggle between automatic updates, just turn off then on. Not sure how you refresh on Android.

I would try re-downloading with iPhone also , mine tends to stop updating whether its on  auto or manual neither will update it, so i go and try to re-download and get the error that my pass is on anther device and then my pass suddenly starts updating again its very strange.

My Rangers pass appeared yesterday.
Rafa Benitez: "I'll always keep in my heart the good times I've had here, the strong and loyal support of the fans in the tough times and the love from Liverpool. Was gonna ask the question about pass updating for rangers in case I needed to do something but same appears to be an issue for a few.  Mine still showing Brighton only now as an ‘expired pass’.

My mate is trying to forward his ticket for Rangers to my cousin. He was on F+F last year. Does he need to download the new General admission pass and if so how much is the charge?

Sorry if this has been answered previously.

There is another option. Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple.

Thanks this appears to have worked, although my pass still showing ‘Brighton’ and ‘expired’ but when dragging down as per instructions it does update to rangers.  But doesn’t update the app automatically within the ‘wallet’ for whatever reason.  At least it should work now (hopefully).

Opening your account in an incognito tab and re-downloading the general/membership pass seems to force it to update your wallet pass. You need to sign into your google account (on android) and then it says it's already in your wallet, then it should be updated.

It’s on my account when I log in but is nowhere on the pass including on the settings section of it. Will NFC/QR still work in those circumstances?

Yeah, the NFC pass is linked to your account, I think the issue is just updating the next game details text.

Getting "unable to load pass, it might have been deleted or updated by the issuer" was fine for Brighton, any advice lads?
