You can finally see the stadium plan on the ticket page on the iPhone..happy days

Tickets sometimes show on the stadium plan before you have the drop down to select them
Noticed that earlier today, actually threw me, hopefully some more for Brighton pop up here soon

Can't remember any match against United in the league dropping to all members since the club sold them based on the amount you attended the previous season.

I think it has once or twice maybe.

I'm a disabled member and have a ticket and a PA ticket for the Southampton game. Ends up I can't make the game now, would I be able to pass this ticket to someone without getting into trouble or is the ticket lost as such now?  The ticket is an ambulant ticket so is in a normal seat in the kop.

Really? Since they started selling them on the amount of matches instead of 2 random from the previous season?
Well it doesn’t really matter, but if you say it happened I’m sure that’s the case.

I'm not nailing my colours to the mast yet, as I can't back it up  ;D Did have a quick look last night but God knows what thread it would be in. I did find one that dropped to members that had attended any game in the same season. Maybe I got mixed up with that.

I think you should be able to pass the ticket on if you call up the ticket office and transfer it into someone else's name and pay the difference.  I have done it a couple of times when my mum could not go, since she she now has a senior price ticket so called the club to pay the difference, they want the name and address of the person who will be using the ticket.

I'm worried about the ticket I've bought for Cardiff.

It's in the Anfield Road lower, row 4.

The seat number doesn't exist on the 3D stadium plan and I'm worried that it is a disabled space.

Even though absolutely nowhere on my confirmations does it say that.

Just looking at the plan, all the seats in this row are more spaced apart and have arm rests

what block?

I'm sure I've been in row 3 a couple of times in 124 or 125.

Just checked my purchase history and I've been in row 5 of 125 and I'm sure the row in front of me wasn't a disabled one.

Block 126 is the only block that has these spaced out arm-rest seats on row 4

I've been in row 2 of the Annie Road Lower (Block 124) before - you can see me on Youtube jumping out of my seat when a certain goal is scored ;D - its a normal seat so you should be fine.

These were the details for the ticket:

Hmm, that's interesting. I'd deffo speak to the club. It looks like the seat was replaced with one of those larger type ones, where they had to take some actual seat numbers out, to make sure it lined up again further along.

Give them a call just to check, if they've sold you it then they should be able to get you moved.

I've been in 127 as well, and I remember there being disabled spaces in front of us, but was a long time ago. Haven't sat anywhere but the upper main since it opened.

It's a 3D Venue plan created by a 3rd party. It could easily be wrong.

If you're worried, call the club. If it's a seat that does't exist they'll get in touch with you anyway and re-seat you.

I've just rang up and it does exist, so the plan is obviously wrong.

Wouldn't mind one of those arm-rest seats, like.

No drop down so had to use the stadium map which was just so slow but was a lot easier than the LA for West Ham!!!

Didn't seem to work on my laptop, but the blocks loaded on my phone. Managed to bag a single in the Kop.
