Can understand him wanting to move out there, just not a great place for football at a top level, I think a lot also don't realise that MLS has come on itself and is a different league to what it was when Beckham went over to LA.

I thought at the time that not many clubs probably wanted to take a chance on him, given his injury problems. It was a shame what happened when he went to Turkey as if he was able to carry on playing I'd have backed him to find his feet.

In the few times I've seen him on anything I've always liked what he's had to offer punditry wise. Top fella and think he'll do well. Shame nothing ever happened for him after moving on from Liverpool but his body was fucked anyway, he'll do well in punditry.

Sturridge is great, always seems good fun and like he bring positivity 

Really glad he's been able to just be himself within punditry and his football knowledge is great to listen to. Also amusing to see the fume from anyone who doesn't like the look of him and thus follows that up with 'he talks shite' without being able to give any quotes backing up this claim
