We make maximum of two first team signings.

Breakthrough for one or two of the reserves

Ox and/or Keita becomes the goalscoring midfielder we have been craving and we don't bring in another midfielder

I am honestly not sure it counts as a bold predicition cos I don't see who can stop us in Europe atm but I think we're in Istanbul again on 30th May 2020.

Brewster to win PFA young player of the year.
Firmino to score a bicycle kick against City at Anfield.
We sign one of the Lyon lads.
Mane to get golden boot.
We win the double.

Don’t think we’ll get to a 3rd CL final on the bounce personally, although we’ll no doubt give it a massive shot.

Think we’ll win the league by double digit point margin though, and one of the domestic cups.

I think it's almost inevitable now that we'll go on and win another trophy next season.

Now that the 'fear' if you like of playing in a cup final and losing again has been exorcised, the players and the manager can recognise that they are at an elite level and should be going into cup finals 100% believing that they're going to win.

We'll win the FA cup next season.

This seems more like it. I dont think we can better this incredible season by much. If we score another 97 points, we win the league.

We win the league by a couple of points.

Man City failed to win the Quadruple this season. We'll win it instead next season. Pep Guardiola's second ever trophyless season as manager incoming. And while we're at it, we might as well pick up the Super Cup, the Community Shield, and the Club World Cup. Let's eclipse Barcelona as well with our Septuple ;D

Also we win the league without losing a match. Hopefully all the other trophies too. Follow the footsteps of Preston North End.

We win the quadruple and, unlike city the past two seasons, no one outside of Liverpool fans will talk about the possibility until we've wrapped up the league and have reached both finals, at which point blue moon goes in to overdrive about how the media only ever talk about us. We'll beat city in either one of the domestic cup finals and take four points from them in the league, finishing on less than 97 points but a comfortable margin over city. Mane takes the golden boot and Alisson retains the golden glove. VVD takes the Ballon D'or but Keita has his breakthrough season and gets player of the year. We'll also take the community shield, super cup and club world cup. Not too unreasonable I'd say ;)

  • TAA will have more assists than any of ManU's forwards for the 2nd season in a row.
  • Milner will debut a new goal celebration where he pantomimes drinking prune juice.
  • In the opening 10 min of the first Merseyside derby Matip will slalom through the entire Everton midfield before a heavy touch goes off a Blue's defender for a corner. Matip then scores off said corner.
  • Salt-N-Pepa's IG followers quadruple when they share a 15 second video of them singing Let's Talk About Six.
  • We meet Ajax in the quarter finals of the CL after they knockout PSG in the round of 16. Origi bags the late goal to see us through.
  • We win the Super Cup, the Club World Cup, the UEFA Youth League, The League, and the Champions League and then shock the world by bagging the UEFA Futsal Cup. (I didn't know we had a futsal team either!)

My bold prediction is that there are going to be lots of clubs making lots of transfers which will greatly affect these bold predictions made way too early in June. :D

1. We'll win at least one trophy
2. We'll score 100+ goals in the league
3. We'll be within 10 points of 1st if not first.
4. We'll have atleast 3 players getting 15+ goals in the league.
5. We'll have the most clean sheets in a league season by us in the Post-Rafa era.

1. Check
2. Nearly (we got 89)
3. Check. 1 point gap.
4. Nearly. Bobby only got 12. Each of the front three did get 15+ in all Comps.
5. Check

Not too bad!

The double and 2 of the 3 additional cups/shield we're in. We'll crash out of the domestic cups in the first round again.
Football without fans is nothing.

We've won 18 titles, 5 European Cups, 7 FA Cups, but today must be the greatest victory of all.

1/ We'll have games where we benefit from good luck.

2/We'll have games where we suffer from bad luck.

3/Somebody "crucial" will get injured and be out for weeks. We'll hardly notice the loss.

4/One poor PL team will be on the receiving end of one the biggest hidings on record.

5/We'll retain our title of having the best 'teeth' in the league.

but 19 would be orgasmic.

and is it too much to ask if salah wins his 3rd golden boot in a row while scoring the goal that clinches us no 19?
